Okay, so I gave up 1v1 stax in Jund colours - the deck is rather slow and clunky compared to other silly voltrons and Animars and stuff like that. But I didn't want to give up on Bros and made a multiplayer version of it. This is what I have so far (link is to tappedout decklist; I will have to edit my thread here).
It features no PWs and I have no answer to those so far. I'm open to ANY suggestions how to make them work better and faster. And when they are ready for that, the actual Smokestack will be included in no time.

Then you use Tutor for Savage Beating and pay his kicker with Talisman / Petal.
Don't mess with piles and repeat all process.
My suggestions(based on non-budget issues):
-Upgrade your mana base: this makes any deck run more smoothly and better. Missing colors and tapped lands are very bad in early Stax game.
-Switch CMC >= 3 Ramp cards for CMC 1 Mana dorks: Mostly because CMC 3 doesn't ramp into Shattergang Brothers.
With dorks you can do something like: Turn 1 (Mana Dork) > Turn 2 (Some CMC 3 Stuff) > Turn 3 (Shattergang) > Turn 4 (A CMC 2 thing + Activate Shattergang's Ability).
Options:Birds of Paradise, Deathrite Shaman, Elves of Deep Shadow, Elvish Mystic, Green Sun's Zenith + Dryad Arbor, Wild Growth.
-Goblin Assault forces Shattergang into attack zone. I advice against this.
-ETB and LTB wins the race: Easier said than done, but Jund IS the color of creature value, use it.
Some options:Avalanche Riders, Bone Shredder, Dawn of the Dead, Eternal Witness, Gatekeeper of Malakir, Grim Haruspex, Ingot Chewer, Junk Diver, Manic Vandal, Myr Retriever, Puppeteer Clique, Rotting Rats, Shadowborn Demon, Shriekmaw, Stingscourger.

Strangely, spells like Fork have an undesired effect with Hive Mind, giving to each opponent more copies of Dominion.
And permanents like Sigil Tracer give your opponents better targets for Dominion's effect.
You can use Mana Severance and Selective Memory to force players to search things like Phage the Untouchable, Leveler or Eater of Days.
Last, you can't search your own library with your Eternal Dominion.
