This is the first cube I've put together. I'm super into it right now, and this cube and EDH are pretty much all I've been playing recently. * denotes "pimped," which is most always foil. P denotes Proxy. Notice that nonbasics are weighed against spells of their color.
Cube Maxim
I like to sling powerful cards, and I like the games to be explosive. Big plays and complicated board states are cool.

Esper Merfolk has always been a cool idea to me: having two supporting colors with sick removal, supporting blue aggro, seems fun. Up until recently, I've been building it with Merieke Ri Berit at the helm, but I heard the idea somewhere for using both versions of Sygg, Sygg, River Guide and Sygg, River Cutthroat, and at the beginning of the game flipping a coin to see which would be active that game. I like that very much better in respect for flavor. Anyway, here's my list! It's very aggro-oriented, plenty of swords and islandwalk. I'd really like some suggestions on what to improve. I'm not going to put big money into it, like Mana Crypt or Imperial Seal, but I'm always looking to improve how smoothly the deck operates. Thanks in advance, and I hope you like it!
I like Sands of Delirium because I can keep mana up and use it on whoever EOT. It is on a pretty low power level though, so I may switch it for, say, Liliana Vess. Any suggestions?
I also made a few changes today, see what you think. I liked Dreamborn Muse pretty well, so she's in.
@ISBPathfinder: Yeah, there are a couple cuts I made for reasons that I only had one (bribery, glen elendra archmage), and they're currently in my cube. I keep meaning to get another, but I like how it runs so much that I wouldn't know what to take out any suggestions? Btw, I took out Force just because I like paying mana for my counterspells
@krichaiushii: Helmline insta-kills one person only, which is my least favorite type of combo because in addition to being boring IMO, you instantly force every other player to kill you before your next turn if at all possible, and this deck doesn't have the protection for that. Plus, it's absolutely useless outside the combo, I'd never want to drop it for free.
Crumbling Sanctuary could be cool, but I think I'd sooner run Mindcrank because of the CMC, the graveyard, and the fact that it doesn't prevent the damage but augments it.
I've had this deck for quite some time now, and I'm beginning to really like how it's coming together. Some inspiration taken from ISBPathfinder's Mirko Vosk build, I came across it after my first rough draft and noticed it was well put together. The strategy is the same as his, mill with reanimation, with equal amount of wins coming from mill as from beats. This is by far my favorite deck to play in any format: my two favorite colors, black and blue; my two favorite actions, reanimation and lots of card draw; and my favorite two ways to win, decking somebody out and killing them with their own stuff. Enjoy, and please comment. Criticism, praise, suggestions, and comments are all welcome.
Btw, coolest thing I've done with this deck: swing lethal with Consuming Aberration, sac to Altar of Dementia to deck somebody, cast Animate Dead on it, cast Necromancy on some poor Kemba player's Sun Titan, bring back my Phantasmal Image (not in current list) copying my Aberration, sac both copies to Altar, game. 5-way FFA, all kills awarded to yours truly. Very proud of that.
Forgive my terrible formatting, and my even worse mana fixing:
I had Worldgorger in there, but my group doesn't play many wrath effects. However, my girl is building a Kemba rock kind of deck, so. Could be worth putting back in. Also he's not a very tasteful art IMO, so that's a thing too haha.
As for Hellkite Charger, I'll try him out again but I generally don't have that many dragons out at a time. Worth a test for a change of paradigm though, maybe I could hard cast them more often haha.
Dragons are my favorite IRL as well as in Magic. Mono red is pretty flavorful for dragons, and Zirilan of the Claw is better than Rorix Bladewing, I think we all can agree. Anyway, the main idea is to play dragons (an overwhelming amount of time at instant speed) and beat face with them as quickly as possible. This involves heavy artifact/Terrain Generator ramp, Dragonspeaker Shaman, Sneak Attack (which is ultra sick cuz it has a dragon friggin right there man how much excitement do I have it's a lot), and other such cards, as well as Reito Lantern, Phyrexian Altar, Tel-Jilad Stylus and Hoarding Dragon to support the support cards. Put that together with a little bit of creature control and a bunch of utility/beatyface dragons, and you've got yourself a deck.
This deck started with about 25 dragons in it, and I've taken them out in favor of utility pieces along the way. 15 still actually might be too many, but currently I use all of my dragons, albeit rarely for some.
Why, oh why, if you're looking for big prizes without knowing what they are without intruding on other people's stuff, are you not playing Lurking Predators? L Preds is basically an auto-include for all my green decks. And in a deck like this, it's so on theme and it provides such kickassery that I can't see a reason not to. Have you tried it?
phantasmal image also goes infinite with palinchron. Just wanted to point that out, in case you'd missed it.
quicksilver amulet could be a major bomb for your fat, so you don't have to cast it the first time to get it out. Similarly, elvish piper.
Also, craterhoof behemoth and avenger of zendikar freaking kick ass if you get to use them even once, and with multiple etb triggers? That's blasphemous.
Of course, i'm going to break your rule and not suggest anything to take out because it seems pretty tight and I'm not so experienced. So I hope it helps maybe a little? Haha.
This is a rather straightforward Talrand deck that rose from about a $200 deck I scraped together from scratch and friends' cards to what it is today, which is a tournament finalist 3 times, winner twice, and top-8 seven times otherwise.
I'm new here, and I'd very much like some input on some of my decks! This is the first one I'm posting, so any way to improve the post or the list itself is very helpful! I'm sorry, I haven't included a changelog because I haven't kept one haha.
As of now, there are 6 cards in the deck that do not make a Talrand baby. It's already a little high, but it's quite acceptable. Keep in mind that the strategy is to basically counter or bounce anything relevant, maintain card advantage, and cast Talrand when you have 6-8 mana so you can protect him. Then you keep countering and things and beat every turn, until they get to 0 life. It's not fast, and it's not elegant, but it gets the job done.
Also, I'm a sucker for shinies. If anyone has a foil Papa Jace for trade, hit me up. I'm more than willing to pay a pretty penny. In magic cards, that is.

Crumbling Sanctuary could be cool, but I think I'd sooner run Mindcrank because of the CMC, the graveyard, and the fact that it doesn't prevent the damage but augments it.
Dreamborn Muse could be VERY good. I'll play test, probably in place of Memory Erosion.
