Voting someone is concrete and applies pressure. All a FoS does is keep you away from a possible bad lynch and keeps you under the radar. 2 things scum do. Nothing townie comes from a FoS, AT ALL.
I know this was quite a while back, but this post doesn't even make sense. I can see that one of the things scum allegedly do is keeping themself under the radar, but what's the other one?

Like I said this is one of three games I'm currently in for the first time here.

That's how mafia works. When someone does something scummy, press for it. Why would I not want mafia to feel pressure? If town feels pressure they won't crack because they have nothing to hide.

Feelings about polski and che-
Che was extremely aggressive out of the gates. Che pushed to end rvs pretty hard.
Attacks polski for fence sitting. His game to me so far has been two types of post, the aggressive one(traditionally scummy) followed by the slow down/apology post(concerned scum?). His back and forth with polski gives me the impression one of the two is likely scum and on paper I see it as che, but I could be falling for exactly what polski wants me to. Polski's role so far has been to tell everyone how to be a good townie, which again could be a bold but effective cover. So for now I'm stuck with my "equal votes" plan for some answers.

It did for me. I wasn't sure which of you was most likely mafia (could be both). You sudden issue with it felt like a panic, and of he two you still have yet to convince me you are town. My vote is justified, hell, you even wanted my suspicion to become a concrete vote. And it did. Not fence sitting anymore champ, and you are basically spending all your time dwelling on small points rather than explaining who is scummiest.

There are plenty of good arguments against random lynching. Why bother mentioning kpaca's alignment so many times?

Please explain how "caring that he's neutral hunting" is different from "caring that he would happily lynch someone who's good as a neutral", and how the last two quoted posts fit with the latter instead of the former.
Cupcake said Nis was neutral hunting, Nis denied it, and I came in claiming he is backpedaling by questioning "How is that not neutral hunting". I think Backpedaling is scummy, not Neutral hunting. I never once claimed Nis was scum for the neutral hunt.
1) FYI: Only scum? I wish. (In the linked game - Mafia Invictus on Scum - a player was random lynched D1 mostly on the impetus of a Townie [Fate]. Only two scum out of four were on the wagon, and the hammer was town.)
I've said it once, I'll say it again: Just because someone is playing poorly does not necessarily mean they are Mafia.
2) Why should I believe that you're Town trying to hunt scum rather than, say, Mafia trying to get a Townie lynched knowing that you can explain the attack with "he was doing these scummy things"?

Ok enough of my life story, why have you not questioned me further about my voting for you? It can't be defeatist, you only have three votes. I expected an exchange of words st the very least... I'm slightly disappointed if I'm honest.
I feel, as a few others have said, like the chance of either che or polski being scum is high. Because of that I'd like to see equal pressure on both to potentially cause one to crack. Since its 3 votes che and now only 2 on polski, vote polski.

It may be easy to claim vig as scum over cop but the way DRey (even though it was still horrible not accepting) was still better than the claim Caex pulled.
Explain to me exactly what information will be gained from lynching the claimed cop D1. Are you that arrogant that you aren't considering the possibility that you are wrong and he is the cop? Consider for a second that he is telling the truth about his role and imagine how terrible of a situation the town will be in if we lose the cop D1 with no investigations.
We will have MORE information by not lynching him. If he's town and manages to live to D2, we have an investigation. If he's scum and manages to live to D2, we get him claiming an investigation on someone. Either way, he's offering himself up as the lynch tomorrow to prove himself. Why not wait and see if he's telling the truth instead of killing him before we get any information?

Doc protect would keep him from dying, redirector used on whoever makes the mafia kill, or a bodyguard blocking the kill would all be ways that he lives to D2 even if the mafia try to kill him. Saying that if he lives he must be scum is false dichotomy. Yes, we should operate on the assumption that the mafia will TRY to kill him, but that's not to say he will BE killed by them. There is no reason to kill him today when we could get more information by lynching him tomorrow.

The list of people who voted kpaca at that point was: Forgotten One (unvoted questionably), Asenion (RVS voted together with a fake daykill, of all things), and DRey (apparently serious and totally unsubstantiated vote). Out of these three, the only one you had on your scumlist was Asenion. A far cry from trying to 'hunt down' anyone close to that wagon, no?
