Generally speaking, you want to minimize the number of artifacts, enchantments, and legends in Riku decks because those aren't available for Riku to copy. The idea being to maximize Riku's impact.
What's left is Instants and Sorceries (Spellslinger) or Beatdown (Creatures).
Start by making a determination on deck indentity that will then inform card choices, how to play it...etc.
The current version of the deck has 33 lands and a Sol Ring. You are running *some* elves and other accelerators but I've found Jarad decks to be extremely mana hungry and would recommend 38 lands at the very least, with 39 or even 40 being defensible. What good are the ramp cards if you miss land drops?
I'm putting Muzzio together here in November '16 and this definitely helps.
Only thing I'd say is maybe your list is a tad threat-dense, at the expense of less rocks. You also might want at least 1 untap artifacts effect like Clock of Omens or Voltaic Key or Alphetto Alchemist.
Have you thought aboout taking out an island and adding an Underground Sea?
Daggers. He had to sell his Sea. It's in the thread.
Post#1 still has only 33 lands including Maze and Strip which is IMO about 7-8 lands too low. That's the main thing holding this deck back.
Other comments would be:
1. Mindcrank but no Guildmage? Add in the Guildmage and pickup a win condition or a dork that can carry a sword.
2. My non-voltron version of Lazav really likes Mesmeric Orb. What do you think of fitting that card in this deck?
Hi what's up I'm on Zed right now as well. Replenish Starfield Fervor is my kill right now. Kinda like when the fort attacks. Hopefully this isn't too much of a necromantic and u see this post and we can collab.
IMO it's at the perfect level of power level / competitiveness.
Seriously great job.
The only thing I can think of off top at the moment is to consider Vengeful Rebirth and Epic Experiment (with Turnabout and Early Harvest). With Riku in play you can copy spells coming off the Experiment. Very fun. Vengeful Rebirth give you a similar effect to Volcanic Vision (which you've already found). That card (VV) is savage.
As it sits you're running very few creatures and a ton of control elements. A RW deck that shoots for the late game will be easily outclassed by blue and green.
My advice would be to get serious about attacking (playing creatures pre-Aurelia) or switch Commanders.
If you're looking for THS Block Junk Constellation (read: no Shocklands, Abrupt Decay...etc) the best starting point is Conley Woods' deck from PT Journey into Nyx.

Think -
Rootborn Defenses
Ajani's Presence
Ghostway
Eerie Interlude
Legion's Initiative
Here are some creatures you might try working in -
Student of Warfare
Figure of Destiny
Inferno Titan
Elesh Norn
Angel of Glory's Rise
Angel of Serenity
Careful with adding too many double red 3 drops into your double white 2 drops.
Good Luck.

GL!
Mongrel Pack seems sweet. Did you give any thought to Sengir Autocrat?
My group would hate Death Cloud. Have you received any push back on that or is this a more competitive GP Side Event list?
Are you a control deck or an aggressive deck?

I bet if you tried a search of this forum you'd find a few nice Borbor lists to reference for your own creation. GL.
Also, 4 Doomwake Giant, no less, and at least 1 more Banishing Light MD. How about Nyx Fleece Ram for the SB.
