Sorry about the delay here guys, been a really ridiculously busy week. I'm finishing everything up right now, pairings will be up in the next couple of minutes. @ dan, sure, that'll be fine. What Partisan said about the game. If you absolutely cannot rejoin and you're the one who dc'd it's up to your opponent and you, but I don't want people "disconnecting" when they're losing to try to start a new game so most likely that would count as a game loss. If your opponent is ok with starting fresh that's fine as well, just try to figure it out yourselves. If it gets to me it'll probably be a loss though.
I feel that it's one of those must-answer cards, absolutely. That doesn't mean that it's OP, it's just ... Must-answer lol. Much like any other card that conditionally stacks up advantage, be it Rhystic Study, Prophet of Kruphix, Mind's Eye etc etc. Any of these left unchecked provide enough steady advantage to win the game if no-one answer's them. Jitte is no different. Bad players are bad, if you drop a game-ending threat on the table and they don't pack enough answers for it then gg, it's on them.
Anything Bant, closely followed by anything U/G. There aren't too many specific generals that I dislike, I'm either playing enough spot removal to shut it down before it does anything or I've won the game before you've really had a chance to do anything with it. But Bant and Simic are public enemies number 1, don't care if you're playing group hug, flicker, turbofog, combo or even durdle. You plop down a Jenara, Asura of War or Prime Speaker Zegaana and I'm going to exile every creature you play, tuck your general, blow up your lands and remove your hand from the game, over and over and over until you ragequit and swear you'll never come back to paly with me again. Hate those color combinations >.<

Honestly, one of my least favorite generals to play against is a well built Gisela, Blade of Goldnight. It's jsut so frustrating that they can 1 shot me, my opponents can 1 shot me and I deal half damage to that Gisela player and friends :/ So annoying O.o
ISB! You should totally tune that Thrun deck for 1v1 and play in mah tournie online ^.^ A deck very similar top 4'd last one, it was really really good.
I'm going to get you into this format, I swear it. It might be my life's goal.
Also, @ Patron of the Moon: Evidently that card's impossible to find save buying it online. Have a friend that loves crazy, weird EDH and loves blue and I've been trying to find one for him for ages and it keeps eluding me :/

Edit: Annnnd, in other news... New most hated card of all time! Originally it was Mindslaver, then Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, then Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger... These have all been surpassed by Prophet of Kruphix. I can't describel my hatred for this card. I would honestly rather someone drop an Omniscience on the board than play Prophet, that card is so absurdly degenerate... Can't believe Wizards thought the thing the format needed was a strictly superior Seedborn Muse. It's gotten to the point that I hyper-target anyone playing U/G just to make sure that that thing doesn't ever see the light of day. /rage
I run the local EDH day every Sunday at my LGS, along with the Monday night Duel Commander tournie, so thankfully I'm in a position to let people know that if they run a banned card they simply aren't allowed to play until it gets replaced. If someone doesn't know about the ban yet and drops it mid game the general rule is they exile it, draw a card and untap their lands lol.
People that simply refuse to acknowledge the ban are just selfish imo. I generally don't play with people like that.
But, it looks like with the official wizards update it won't be a problem anymore. I gotta admit, I'd be looking forward to being able to wave that under their noses ^.^
I'm glad y'all are coming around to my way of thinking about Sarkhan Vol, he's been pretty good in my experience. I actually like the idea of the monument if you're playing a slower list. Those benefits are nice, I just feel in this list they're a little more defensive than offensive.
I haven't gotten to try Xenagos yet, but I already run Seize the Day which is a 1 shot for 7 mana. Replacing that with Xenagos basically offers me a 1 shot for 5 mana which seems good.
The Champion is an absurdly powerful card, I've lost to it multiple times. I guess in my list I just never feel the need to have it as I'm either craterhoofing or Food Chaining my way to victory most games, and the Champion's more of a 2-3 turn clock.
Edit: I was looking through my registration rules and it looks like midnight on the 15th could be interpreted as midnight tonight, so: Y'all have until midnight tonight to get registration done, and I'll have pairings posted tonight/tomorrow morning. Sorry about that bad communication, I should have said 11:59 PM on the 14th or something. You guys have 12 hours to get reg done. Thanks.
I'll have pairings posted tomorrow, right now cleaning up all the registrations and making sure I have deck codes/lists from everyone. So far missing info from Lyserg, Bbearz, Moondust and a few others. Will have the full list with pairings by tomorrow morning.

If I haven't updated the 2nd post in the thread with your info by midnight please don't freak out, I'll have you in as long as you're posted here and I have that PM with your list.

mik: I don't know if anyone's going ot have that. Is there a problem with just updating your entire file with the full set information? You can just follow the directions on the woogerworks main site for a manual update of your card database and it should include the sets you're missing.
Yeah, I've been noticing that Just go to the main EDH page for the forums, then Primer Committee, then "Ptimer Submission Process" and you can find it there

A Primer has a bunch of stuff added to the original thread. Basically what you're trying to do is make it so a new player coming to your thread could successfully build, pilot, and understand at least the basics of your deck and how/why to play it. If you take a look at the Skullbriar link in my sig you can see a basic example of a 1v1 primer.
If you want the full guid you'll want to take a look at the Primer Committee's app process found here. That'll take you through the basics of making your thread into a primer.
To be honest, I'd absolutely love to have your Nin thread as a Primer, I completely agree that we need more of them especially as interest in this format grows. It is a fair amount of work though. I've written 3 now and they usually take 2-3 weeks of work to get to the point that they're ready to submit. Also, about 95% of the primer submissions we as the committee get we have to send back to the user with missing parts/pieces.
Like I said, I'm happy to work with you to get your thread up to snuff if you like. I would start with that primer app and make sure your original post conatins all the required segments that are outlined in that process thread. Then if you want to send it my way I'm happy to do a pre-review to make sure you're not missing anything huge before you send it off to the committee

I am thinking about putting Overwhelming Stampede in my list. Craterhoof #2 doesn't seem bad. Also, anyone gotten to test Triumph of the Hordes yet? O.o
