I know I use to run Austere Command and pulled it out for some reason but now for the life of me i don't know why it isn't in here and I am moving back after I am done typing this. I will update/make a changelog for the deck after all the publicity it has gotten today. Catastrophe i guess i missed this card when doing searches for this deck.... I'll be tossing it in, in place of day of judgment.
and finally Merciless Eviction the reason I wasn't running this was because of the Fork deck my friend was running and how catastrophic it was when he declared enchantments. Now that I think of it thats why Austere Command was cut. Now that he is gone, I am going to have to add both back in.
But further more on testing:
The combo works!!!! That was one of the biggest worries I was having. I did set up the Azusa, lost but seeking strip mine crucible of world combo out and removed a lot of land via that and won from none having land but On another game I got the combo out and ruined everyone for about 20 damage. It was turn 10 so not the fastest combo in the world but it set up!
But the big thing I found that was amazing was the captain sisay toolbox was to setting up the combo but fiurther more enabling different threats to save my combo from removal. Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite became target #1 and Zo-Zu the Punisher survive 4 more turns.
Okay i'll start with Zoth's comments first because this will be shorter. I originally used Unspeakable symbol and souldrinker in the deck as alternative Selenias but after I added Aether vial I found that they were pointless. Having selenia out was almost always better than those two. However I do like Mischievous Poltergeist especially because of the flying. I will try out the ghost.
Now on to Jackpuddy:
I was about to type out something very similar to your platinum angel piece. I have tested the angel and it always backfires on me so i have dropped it as it wasn't worth it. I have been thinking about Eternity Vessel also but knowing my group this will act much like a Platinum angel so I am trying to avoid it but I might pick one up for testing. Pestilence was in the beginning versions of the deck until i decided to go with more boardwipes which has lead to it getting destroyed too often so I decided to cut it but i might toss it back in as a finishing mechanism which i Have lacked several games now. And Finally one of my favorite cards in the deck Righteous Aura. I have 2 voltron decks in my meta and they have learned the hard way that if I have white open that I won't ever lose to them unless they can get rid of this. It is fabulous with redirect damage effect at you and I will gladly pay 2 life rather than fatal everytime. plus it gets around shroud!

Airithne- I actually just put rout in the deck . I don't remember what's place it took but I tossed it in as i got the elesh art one from conspiracy.
I actually ran consume the meek earlier int he deck and found that I preferred Culling sun cause it fit with being multicolor and having a tad more flavor fromt hat but I might try running both again. But the reason that I was willing to change is that i am the only person to play regeneration in my meta with Thrun, the last troll.
Killing wave actually was more a of a tempo card for the 2 control decks that my meta plays and that hurt this deck the worst. They love the couple creatures that they run and Killing wave forces them to normally pay 4-10 life for them and then i follow up with a boardwipe afterwards.
I will comment on the rest after my class.
I like the idea of land Locking but I want to kill them with the lands returning but Im going to try the deck with landlocking.
-stony silence - I realized I don't play any mana rocks and that this could help me force others to rely on land ramp for acceleration.
but now to respond to ideas of others:
@MiffedMoogle - the copying spells could be really fun. When I start testing tonight I will have to try using them. and Glacial Chasm sound like a lot of fun. My one is in another deck but I'll move it over like a bunch of the cards in the deck to test.
@Juwdah - I should survive my own spells via Shattered Angel Tamanoa and Courser of Kruphix. I will try out Zuran Orb I mean I have one so that is an easy test once again.
and finally @Gelf - I normally am not going to drop the mass ramp if i have hurt out. the ramp is there to get land counts high while i start preping to destroy lands then force them to return.

So if you have seen my earlier Thread, I am wantign to make a bear hug deck. I help ramp everyone to excessive amounts with stuff like:

Now this is a key peice to the true combo. The big combo involves Mass Land Destruction such as:
and then add in stuff like:
Second Sunrise or Planar Birth with Zo-Zu the Punisher out to kill them outright.
Currently I am looking for people's ideas for the deck and other card choices and such.

Sidenote: I don't own this yet and am Just doing theoretical work with it now. I will be proxying it 6/9/14 and start testing then but until I get back any results it is a theoretical work.
@Victrix - Teeg is already in the deck. I guess i should have stated that I have a list of 20 cards in Naya colors now that are being played cause of how good they are.
@people's hero- Tamanoa is a great idea. I actually had an edh with her as the commander. it was really fun. and how did i not thibk about shattered angel!?!? nice call and crucible will happen if the deck actually works.

Magma Jet- the scry is supprisingly useful and the 2 damage can kill a utility creature

Crystal Ball - again scry is powerful
Codex Shredder can enable a top deck with its 2nd ability
Orcish Spy comes with 3 different arts!
