    Does anyone have suggestions for good card draw?


    Unfortunately I think the green draw spells are your best bet, like Rishkar's Expertise, Collective Unconscious, maybe Masked Admirers, and of course Sylvan Library. In red you have wheels, like Wheel of Fortune, but I don't know if that's too much of a risk for your deck.

    Great question. I found an article here that does a great job of explaining what a "75%" deck means.

    When I see that, I take it to mean that the deck is built to be interactive, have the ability to win, and is able to scale in power level to its opponents. Generally a deck that I consider 75% does not run fully optimized cards for a multiplayer commander setting, but about 75% of the cards that I'd expect in a fully-optimized list.

    With my understanding, I'd consider any other percentage to mean the strength of the card choices when compared to a fully-optimized decklist.

    Welcome to mtgsalvation! For the most feedback, I suggest you post your decklist in the multiplayer commander decklist section of the forums, located here. From there, people can review your list directly and give you feedback.

    Also, for ideas about Oloro decks, those same Mutiplayer Commander Decklists should have a number of different Oloro lists, which might help give you some ideas about what direction to take your own list. I found a primer list, located here, which might be helpful - primers are decklists and additional information that is meant to help a player thinking about trying out a particular decklist or commander. You can look through the other decklists for other Oloro decks.

    It wasn't my post, but I can explain to you what Serberus meant:
    • "Ramp friendly" would generally mean a deck that includes green, which gives you access to cards that "ramp" you in lands, or meaning they help increase the amount of lands you have access to. For example, Kodama's Reach or Sakura-Tribe Elder are cards that help you get more lands in play than your opponent, hence ramping you up into being able to play higher costing spells earlier than others.
    • "Voltron theme" is a style of EDH deck that is designed to attach a bunch of equipment or auras to one creature with the expectation that the one creature can attack for massive damage. You'd expect to attach cards like Sword of Feast and Famine, Swiftfoot Boots, Rancor, or Bear Umbra to your general, thus making your general big, scary, and hard to deal with.
    • "Going wide" is a term meaning a strategy devoted to attacking with a large number of creatures, and therefore having enough to damage an opponent despite them having some creatures to use as blockers.

    I'm also surprised by the negativity surrounding Diminishing Returns. This card is strong. It's a 4cmc wheel, and the 10-card exile is only relevant if you're reliant on specific cards to win. Wheel effects are very strong in the right decks, and this should be no different.

    It's been said, but I'd say it a different way: tribal decks will generally fold to well-tuned combo deck that are designed to win on turn 5 or earlier. If you have a bunch of those in your group, you not only should shy away from Vanquisher's Banner, but probably consider leaving your vampire deck at home.

    Assuming, like most groups I see, that this is not the case, then Vanquisher's Banner is amazing in tribal, exactly like Edgar. Like Lou said, it allows you to commit a ton of creatures to the board, which generally people consider over-committing, because the concern is that one board wipe means your game is over, but the card draw from the banner allows you to keep your hand full and continue to develop the board state. In my opinion, this helps make up for one of the main weaknesses in a tribal deck: generally you want to vomit out your hand, but then a wrath decimates you.

    I really loved a mono black kitchen table deck featuring Icy Manipulator and Royal Assassin. I was quite convinced, at that age, that I'd discovered the most broken interaction in magic.

    Unfortunately my list hasn’t been updated properly. You have some great suggestions in here, and a few of them have made it into my permanent list, which I’ll update shortly: Cryptbreaker, Relentless Dead, and Gisa and Geralf. They’re all great and deserve their spots.

    Phyrexian Altar is great and worth an add, but my list has a high CMC and I’ve found that Ashnod’s Altar helps me power out the higher portions of my deck earlier. I would agree with anyone who ran Phyrexian Altar instead of Ashnod’s, or in addition to it.

    Tymaret, the Murder King: this is a decent card, but for me I think it’s a bit too mana-intensive for what you get. Have you ran it a lot, and have you found that you use his activated abilities regularly?

    Graveborn Muse: Great card, but when I tried it early on in this deck, it killed me almost as often as it saved me. Great card, but I wish it had a “may” ability. As it reads, it is dangerous to play in the mid-late game, which is when I’d ideally be playing this guy.

    Plague Belcher: It’s a decent effect, but the life gain from Blood Artist is why I’d choose it over the belcher. Good card, and I used to run more bleeder effects, and if I did this guy would be an auto include.

    Lord of the Accursed: Yeah, this is a good card. I wouldn’t choose it over Cemetery Reaper, which provides for graveyard hate in addition the lord. But the team menace is great and I need to test it.

    Withered Wretch: Of course this is an amazing card. Like you noted, it’s probably meta dependent, and I haven’t found myself needing it yet, but it’s definitely on my radar.

    Sweet. Depending on your list, Panharmonicon might end up being a good addition. A lot of non-combo, non-combat wins involve ETB triggers, and this will make them hit twice as hard.

    I really like Purphoros, God of the Forge and any type of token producer. Avenger of Zendikar fits the bill, but there are plenty of others, including in red. This isn't a combo, but can nearly finish a table on an empty board. Can also be tutored into play with Tooth and Nail, in case that's up your alley.

    Riverwise Augur is decent, but that 4 mana is pretty rough compared to other options. Everything in the list goes nuts with Panharmonicon, and unfortunately this guy is slightly overcosted for me to consider.

    Release to the Wind is a good card. Unfortunately in my previous testing I was not happy with 1-shot blink effects like Ghostway and Momentary Blink. I really like that you can use it offensively and defensively, but I don't think I have room for it in my list. What would you cut for it?

    Baffling End is kind of cute, but that's about it. It's a limited removal spell that has no particular synergy with my deck. This spell would unfortunately compete with too many other high-quality removal spells like Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile.

    I really like Search for Azcanta as a card, and I've toyed with it in other decks. I haven't really considered it in my list, mostly because I like my spells to be stapled onto creatures. However, this card really has a low opportunity cost to run, so I wouldn't fault someone for playing with it. Let me know if you test it in a Roon list!
