Rushing River
Unless you're purposely removing your support for blue aggro...

Generally speaking, I am also a supporter of removing shadow and other uninteractive forms of continuous damage.

The thriving lands were a godsend....
Let's see if I can reply to each section here.
Gut: interesting! I have no playtest exp with it, so I was unaware. Red has always been a strong color for us, so it isn't like ot needs a boost. I may run it a game or two as I look for a replacement just to see it for myself. I can easily find a replacement I feel like!
Titan Rex: Honestly, I picked up the Zilla of this and the black Corona one (which I am still hoping to force) and just wanted them played. Figured it would be a solid Reanimate target if anything. I don't necessarily like the extra tokens it brings, though. I can replace it! Would you suggest a ramp or Reanimate target?
Bronto: After adding Bronto, I saw Canker. I don't think I got all of the ONE upgrades in with this update. Looks like an easy swap!
Recruit Officer: Man, I really love the IDEA of this card. I was hoping it would guide people to a Go Wide / weenie strat, which can be seen in white, red, and black. I am going to keep this one in for testing, at least for now. I HOPE it works.
FTKavu vs Imp: Good points raised. That was a foil vs nonfoil debate, honestly. I like both. I will see how my playgroup likes it. I was also banking on the reduced cost at times. Double Red does make it much harder. I will tag it to watch.
Rushing River: Good points. I will find a new swap! This is the reason I like more eyes on it.
-Get the Thriving Lands + maybe snow duals in for all the 3 color lands. Very rarely do the 3 color lands line up correctly for those who run the same 3 colors.
The Thriving lands, as well as the "Thriving Gates" are amazing and, as Leelue said, they match a guild deck 40% of the time (as long as the printed color is one of your colors, you then choose your other color). They are highly recommended.
However, when you say "maybe snow duals in for all the 3 color lands" - are you saying you would replace Jungle Shrine with Alpine Meadow? This would be a severe downgrade, unless you particularly care about snow or basic land type.
Right now, the cube is a typical cube. I did, however, swap all my basics to snow. I am looking to make a small snow theme. I will probably keep the focus at UG with a few other decent stray cards throughout. I figured I would take out the 3c lands, my +1 life lands, and possibly the Vivids. Replace those 15-20 with both sets of Thriving (the 10 you listed) and the snow dual lands. I am not set on this plan, yet.
With the Triving, I hoped THOSE would be a comparable swap for Tris. The snows were more a swap for my +1 life lands.
As for Ash Barrens, I do have one sitting in the box waiting to be slotted in. I thought it was on this list to be honest. It looks like I skipped all the land swaps.
Sorry for no card tags. On mobile today. I will update when back to my PC.
Thanks to both for the suggestions! I will do some slight changes and report back!
Hey all! I pop in here like once a year for my cube update. I like to have your eyes on my changes to make sure I am not doing anything weird. I am a little late, so there's a lot more than usual. Sorry!
I have collected most of these cards over the last year and a half, so not much needed here. Just looking for a general thumbs up.
Part 2, future:
-I have a few more cards that I want to swap out. Essentially ones that aren't shown on our "Average Peasant Cube" with one's that are used a lot.
-Get the Thriving Lands + maybe snow duals in for all the 3 color lands. Very rarely do the 3 color lands line up correctly for those who run the same 3 colors.
-Look at my themes to see what I can improve over the next year.
Took Shamans to a FNM Modern night. I don't play modern much outside of between EDH games, so some decks and lingo may be off. If I name a deck wrong, I am sorry. I have had the deck together for quite some time and dusted it off because of our new toys. Here is a low detail recap:
3-1-0 for 3rd place finish.
Round 1 - UR Blitz (Undefeated winner).
Lost 0-2
Absolutely smoked me. I lost 0-2 to this type of deck previous week also. All the targeted removal kept my real threats off the board as I watched his 1 drop Dragon's Rage Channeler beat my in the air.
I think I need to run my EWits mainboard to help refuel my hand? I don't know what else to do.
Round 2 - Abzan Midrange
Win 2-1
Game 1, he beat me down with large Goyfs.
Game 2, boarded in Magus of the Moon, He miss played the last turn (Sword of Fire and Ice equip on a large ScOoze while I had Ignoble for blocks, tapped out with plenty of creatures in Yard) which I capitalized on and Rage Forger red zoned. Got him game 2.
Boarded in Magus of the Moon still. Hit it turn 2 off a turn 1 Ignoble. Easy win from there.
Round 3, GW Heliod Ballista what ever combo.
Win 2-1
Game 1, he hit a super early infinite life. Decided to scoop there.
Game 2, boarded in Fulminator Mage to snipe off his enchanted lands. Nah, he put it on a basic forest this game. Still took out his shock lands, which ended up being enough. He tried to keep up his life with his creatures, but I kept dropping bombs and he didn't draw all his pieces.
Game 3, risk it, T1 1 land, Ignoble. T2, no land drop, Prodigy. T3 Burning Tree to make 4 mana, CoCo. BTE + Ignoble, make 4 to cast a second CoCo. Hit gas and didn't look back. I forget the rest of the game, but it was over at that point regardless due to him not combo finishing early enough.
Round 4- UR Blitz again? But he had Lurrus as companion. Seemed like same as r1
Game 1- late game, shocked myself to bolt his Dragon's Rage Channeler (2 life rather than 3?), take a second one to the face to put me at 5. Shock myself again as a risky play (3 life, bolt range) to cast Harmonic Prodigy into Rage Forger. This was overkill, but I needed just one to stick to win. He ended up removing the Prodigy, which still allowed me to swing out with enough RForger triggers to win (had 2). If the Prodigy stayed, it would have doubled the 1st RForge to win still.
Game 2- Boarded in Leyline. Hit it.
Those DRCs are easy when they stay at 1 P/T. I bolted his Sprite Dragons (only threat) and took the easy win.
Thats it. Got 3rd thanks to a slightly higher win%. This was the second week I played, but last week the only thing I added from MH2 were the Ignobles. Now my deck is up to par with just some SB tweaks once I learn meta.
3 Leyline of the Void
3 Plague Crafter
1 Magus of the Moon
2 Fulminator Mage
2 Void Mirror
3 Reclamation Sage
1 Eternal Witness
So, as you can see. My sideboard is a work in progress. I am also going to drop 1-2 Rix Maadi in favor of EWit main. Not sure what else I need. Land aren't 100% perfect, but it has been working for me. Two more Wooded Foothills would be ideal I think. I was resistant against Prodigy due to it not being a shaman. It has proved itself. Double Draws, double Rage Forgers both ways, 4 mana from BTEs to cast CoCo to hit another BTE to cast another CoCo...
In all, is a super fun deck. New toys really helped it. Definitely a crowd favorite, too. Most of my opponents enjoyed their games and said they'd rather lose to Shamans than against "Such and such" deck.
Thanks to the most recent $3 off orders from Ebay from the other week, I am now 14 Snow lands away from being fully Full Art Snow! NOW! I need to look at the Snow matters lands to see what could / should fit into a Cube that has gone this route!
Abominable Treefolk - Looks like it can get huge pretty easily... but do I want to devote a guild slot to that? Winter's Rest - Seems like a great "removal" Arcum's Astrolabe - I heard this card was doing things in other formats. Frostwalk Bastion - Having issues with which lands to put where as it is. Could be great at slowing down aggro decks. Icehide Golem - Speaking of aggro...
I looked through older snow permanents, but nothing caught my eye.
What is your opinions on snow stuff? I already have the lands (as mentioned) so that is not an issue. I am keeping the lands in the deck regardless if I add any snow stuff or not, so not going to FORCE anything in.
Also, if anyone is ever wanting to upgrade to snow lands like I have... the $3 off Ebay code is insane. I was getting 4 Snow Plains for 31 cents total, 8 Snow Mountains for 36 cents total. Forests were the most expensive at 80 cents for 4. Keep an eye out for the next time they do that sale and eat it up!
Making some updates with cards I have missed in the last few sets (and starting to get my foil ToE cards in)
Ghor-Clan Rampager > Rhythm of the Wild - I hate to take out Ghor, as it is one of my favorite cards. Rhythm has been doing great thing when I play it in other formats, though.
Cruel Celebrant > Corpse Knight - Very short lived add with Cruel Cele. I lose life gain, but being able to trigger much easier seems to be worth the upside. Also, I am probably going to add in my Misprint with the additional toughness instead of the typical 2/2 one for more of an upside. I lose out on the foil, though.
Arctic Aven > Soulherder - Only non foil card I added. I ended up waiting too long and it is much more expensive now... I should still pull the trigger. Assuming this card actually stays.
Integrity > Skyknight Vanguard - Another short lived addition. I just revamped my Boros section since I was unhappy with it. I think Skyknight will do a fine job of pushing in damage, though.
Dawnfeather Eagle > Palace Jailer - Had been hesitant to add Monarch to the cube, but a few people spoke very highly of this card. I also had a foil of it around. Dawnfeather had been a weak pick for it's entirety in the cube for some reason.
Promise of Bunrei > Ephemerate - Took out Whitemane Lion last update since I knew I was going to be adding this card. Promise has been crazy underwhelming in my games. I want to support blink a bit more, but not over do it.
Stingscourger > Embereth Shieldbreaker - Best art (promo). It is actually pretty underwhelming looking in foil, though... Anyways, versatile card. Not super strong, but could be useful.
Thopter Engineer > Mask of Immolation - So, I am not sure if I like this swap. I really want to get Mask in for some token sac shenanigans. I couldn't find a decent swap anywhere else.
That's what I have so far. I still have a few more Throne cards on the way, so I will add them here in the next year or ten (I am super slow sometimes)
Also, I think I am going to be removing the 5 Vivid lands from my cube. I am hoping that it doesn't kill the multicolor decks that are drafted. I am going to test it out while adding Ash Barrens, Cryptic Caves, and 3 other cards. (My other idea was to drop them and expand my guild section by 1 card each).
Making some updates with cards I have missed in the last few sets (and starting to get my foil ToE cards in). Anyone mind looking over these cuts to see if they are reasonable?

For those that are on the fence about $$ for snow lands. Ebay does a $3 off $3.01 orders and up a few times a year. I usually just get a good EDH staple for pennies.
This last time, I got 40 basic snow lands for roughly 2 or 3 dollars total. I had friends and family members make orders for me. Each order was just over 3 dollars, maximizing the sale.
Make some connections now (or make new accounts? Maybe works) and then spam people with the direct link and wave a dollar in their face.
I haven't checked prices on lots of 4 (what I was getting), so not sure how effective it will be next time. It was a week or so after release last time so they were plentiful. It will be way cheaper regardless.
This is a decent GY post, though. Since snow has come back since original posting, things are important. I will be following this in hopes some smarter people discuss the new snow cards.
The guy was using something that was pulling info from cubetutor and doing things, rather than cubetutor itself doing things. He gave me the 15 most similar cubes to mine, which is something I don't think Cubetutor can do.
A Reddit user (avacadro) was running people's cube lists through something fancy on Cubetutor? I dunno. What it did was compare you cube to similar cubes. It bought up the 15 most similar cubes to mine and gave me some sweet info. Was hoping you guys could look over it to give me insight. Like are any of the "Notable Omissions" huge (I will gladly add!) or are any of my "Atypical Inclusions" so bad they should be replaced (Looking at you Dawnfeather). I am currently updating my cube for MH1 and M20, so some of the Atypical cards were already on my chopping block, interestingly enough. I will post my potential swaps for both those sets here soon to get more eyes on it (it is already up on my cube thread).
What's the verdict on the snow matters cards like Winter's Rest, Abominable Treefolk, and IceHide Golem. I am quite close to finishing up swapping all my basics for the full art snows (I got 40 last month for 2 bucks, that helped). I can easily slot them in without an issue if they are worth while.
Been slowly working on updates to my cube. I have made changes over the last year since posting, but never put them on this thread. Changing that. This ALMOST updates me up to War of the Spark. I still have a couple things here and there that I have missed (mostly due to not finding a foil and then forgetting about them). I have a few Modern Horizon cards I am about to swap out, also. See next post for my current want list (what I am gathering in foil) and then later the swaps.
PLEASE! IF ANY OF THESE SWAPS SEEM BAD, LET ME KNOW. I AM NOT THE BEST AT THIS!! More eyes the better!
Relatively satisfied with these cuts (other than Fleshbag vs Merciless on what to cut for Plaguecrafter). They have been panning out quite well. NOW! For for the huge pile of foils I have been collecting for this cube that I need to figure out if there is a spot for them. These haven’t been actually added yet. I am just brainstorming. Need some feedback on if these are solid cuts or not:
Saheeli, Sublime Artificer in for Gelectrode as it is never as appealing for other players as I want it to be. Could also label this as a red or a blue card instead? Nahiri, Storm of Stone in for Honored Crop-Captain and (see below) Integrity // Intervention in for Renegade Wheelsmith Big changes to Boros. Not sure if I am going to like taking out both the Crop Captain AND the Wheelsmith. They were solid for what Boros wanted to do. Nahiri has performed crazy the few times I have got to use her and the options on Integrity/Intervention can be a game winner. Cruel Celebrant in for Maw of the Obzedat. Both cards do what I want Orzhov to do, but I think Cruel is better due to CMC and ability. Angrath, Captain of Chaos in for Rite of the Raging Storm and call it a red card.. f it. I was super close to expanding my guild section to 4 cards thanks to this, Saheeli, etc. Decided to label this as Red since it is hybrid, though. Kasima, Enigmatic Mentor in for Mist Raven. Creates bodies and loots. Should be better in the long run. Band Together in for Epic Confrontation they have the same goal, but I think the fact you won’t lose your creature makes this better. And you can use two of your duders to kill a larger one (the pump on Confrontation also helps with that, I know). I debated on keeping both since it is a useful ability, but couldn’t think of other cuts. Bleeding Edge in for Quest for the Gravelord MAYBE?? I haven’t a clue. This card is removal and also makes a dude, so I could cut nearly anything. Quest hasn’t been doing much, but we just may be playing bad magic. I like it in theory, so I am not sure if this is the right cut. Eternal Taskmasater in for Orc Sureshot I have just been trying to find an excuse to cut this card. Don’t care for it much. Adanto Vanguard in for Whitemane Lion as suggested by a user back in January. Pteramander in for Phantasmal Bear, seems like a solid choice. I still need a foil Pteramander… Light up the Stage in for Titan’s Strength combat tricks are meh. Card “draw” should be much better. Rhythm of the Wild in for Voltaic Brawler not much of a tough choice here. Frilled Mystic in for Bounding Krasis I loved the tricks that can be had with Krasis. I think ole Mystic Snake is gonna be better, though. Sphinx of the Guildpact in for Pierce Strider should be a solid upgrade.
Other cards I have ready to roll, but not sure if they deserve a spot at 360 (well, 375) Huatli’s Raptor could replace Qasali Pridemage since there seems to be enough removal in those colors Kongming, “Sleeping Dragon” nice little anthem Snapping Sailback costs a lot for a situational enrage trigger? Nahiri’s Mechinations took forever to find this card in foil in my area. Then added 2 other cards from later sets (Nahiri and the split card). Not sure if worth my time now. Mortify do I really want removal in a guild slot? Palace Jailer I really want to find a spot for this card but not sure if the Monarch mechanic is something I want to introduce in Peasant. Foil was hella spicy find. Sinister Sabotage – Was told this is NOT worth in 360 Meteor Golem – Was told this is NOT worth in 360 Sunhome Stalwart as suggested, went with Adanto Vanguard over this for now? Adventurous Impulse digs and has a very low chance of whiffing in typical Gx decks Maulfist Revolutionary I think an Evolution Sage would be better. Speaking of which… is Evo Sage cubable? Cause she’s one of my favorite War cards… Wretched Gryff – There was talk about these Emerge duders but can’t remember what was decided for them Abundant Maw see above Wanted Scoundrels – card is sweet! Beautiful foil! But… holy drawback. I need some people with experience to chime in on this one. Seed Guardian – Pretty sure this isn’t worth it in 360
---------------
I know this is a good amount of info thrown out at once. Just trying to catch up. Haha. These last few sets have been hectic. I am 99% sure I am missing stuff that I should have added. I nearly forgot about Rhythm and Pteramander, for instance…. If you spot something I am missing, whether new or old, let me know. I am always down to modify my cube, add cards to solidify what each color / guild wants to do, and balance it out.
Let's see if I can reply to each section here.

Sigil Blessing > Good-Fortune Unicorn - Same idea, but permanent. Great art, also.
Restock > Once and Future - SHOULD be the same spell for 1 cheaper most of the time.
Skysnare Spider > Mother Bear - A bit odd of a swap here. I was also thinking of swapping Iwamori of the Open Fist out instead, but the trample seems gooder.
Syr Alin, the Lion's Claw
Syr Konrad, the Grim
Archon of Absolution(not sold on it yet)
Faerie Vandal (I think at least?)
Foulmire Knightpromo
Order of Midnight promo
Claim the Firstborn
Venerable Knight
Also, I think I am going to be removing the 5 Vivid lands from my cube. I am hoping that it doesn't kill the multicolor decks that are drafted. I am going to test it out while adding Ash Barrens, Cryptic Caves, and 3 other cards. (My other idea was to drop them and expand my guild section by 1 card each).

Fun facts about my cube:
Notable Omissions
1. Flametongue Kavu
2. Murderous Redcap
3. Mist Raven (JUST took it out for Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor, wasn't sold on the swap. I love the foil)
4. Faith's Fetters
5. Read the Bones
6. Grafted Wargear (Nope!)
7. Baleful Strix (I think I replaced it with Shadowmage Infiltrator)
8. Jackal Pup
9. Blastoderm (Replaced with Iwamori of the Open Fist on release. Bad?)
10. Into the Roil (made room for Siren Stormtamer)
Atypical Inclusions:
1. Atzocan Archer
2. Dawnfeather Eagle (which seems bad)
3. Amateur Auteur (I assume since there are 5 or so of these, I just like the silver border)
4. Animus of Predation I LOVE HIM
5. Sigil Blessing (out for Good-Fortune Unicorn)
6. Singscourger (Out for Mask of Immolation?)
7. Ruthless Ripper (Out for Gluttonous Slug)
8. Band Together I thought this card was awesome? Did those lists just not update?
9. Gnaw to the Bone (Out for Season of Growth maybe)
10. Integrity//Intervention (was thinking of putting in Skyknight Vanguard over this)
MH1:
Ephemerate in for Promise of Bunrei. Promise hasn't done much. I recently took out [[Whitemane Lion]] knowing I was adding this card. This shores up the Blink game a bit again. Still not set on the Lion being out.
Mother Bear in for Iwamori of the Open Fist? I have been tempted to take out Iwamori, but I don't think this is the right card in its place.
Good-Fortune Unicorn in for Sigil Blessing as they serve similar functions.
Soulherder is going in, but not sure what to take out. Every time I update I am tempted to add a 4th guild slot.
Watcher for Tomorrow in for ? Not sure. I am not sold on this card. Having something under it for the whole game may be problematic.
Faerie Seer in for, what, Augury Owl?
Gluttonous Slug in for Ruthless Ripper I thinks
Saddled Rimestag is a maybe. Not sold.
SNOW MATTERS?
Icehide Golem
Winter's Rest
M2020:
Cryptic Caves
Ancestral Blade
Skyknight Vanguard for Integrity even though Nahiri hasn't been pulling her weight.
Blood for Bones I am thinking of removing a Removal Spell. I think I have added a few too many...
Cloudkin Seer in for Skyship Plunderer, Curious Homunculus, or even Frost Walker. Haven't Decided.
Flame Sweep I think I want to add this, but not sure where.
Mask of Immolation in for Stingscourger.
Empyrean Eagle Uh... wasn't I making space for Soulherder? Maybe keep Soulherder, Eagle, and Migratory Route? Ditching both Reflector Mage and Arctic Aven. (Or upgrade to 4 guild slots)
Tomebound Lich, the most obvious swap is Shadowmage Infiltrator... but I am thinking finally cutting Ribbons of Night
Vampire of the Dire Moon for Carnophage probs.
Season of Growth for Gnaw to the Bone

Ok, I am a little behind here and there (and trying to get as much done in the next month before MTGSalv closes...). I just did a small update to my cube a few weeks ago. I am now trying to catch up to war. Been super busy and barely enough time to play, let alone dive deep into cuts.
Last update was:
Deadly Recluse > Kraul Harpooner
Stasis Snare > Conclave Tribunal
Frost Lynx > Murmuring Mystic
Merciless Executioner > Plaguecrafter
Immolating Souleater > Goblin Cratermaker
Relatively satisfied with these cuts (other than Fleshbag vs Merciless on what to cut for Plaguecrafter). They have been panning out quite well. NOW! For for the huge pile of foils I have been collecting for this cube that I need to figure out if there is a spot for them. These haven’t been actually added yet. I am just brainstorming. Need some feedback on if these are solid cuts or not:
Saheeli, Sublime Artificer in for Gelectrode as it is never as appealing for other players as I want it to be. Could also label this as a red or a blue card instead?
Nahiri, Storm of Stone in for Honored Crop-Captain and (see below)
Integrity // Intervention in for Renegade Wheelsmith Big changes to Boros.
I still need a foil Pteramander…
Light up the Stage in for Titan’s Strength combat tricks are meh.
Other cards I have ready to roll, but not sure if they deserve a spot at 360 (well, 375)
Huatli’s Raptor could replace Qasali Pridemage since there seems to be enough removal in those colors
Kongming, “Sleeping Dragon” nice little anthem
Snapping Sailback costs a lot for a situational enrage trigger?
Nahiri’s Mechinations took forever to find this card in foil in my area. Then added 2 other cards from later sets (Nahiri and the split card). Not sure if worth my time now.
Mortify do I really want removal in a guild slot?
Palace Jailer I really want to find a spot for this card but not sure if the Monarch mechanic is something I want to introduce in Peasant. Foil was hella spicy find.
Sinister Sabotage – Was told this is NOT worth in 360
Meteor Golem – Was told this is NOT worth in 360
Sunhome Stalwart as suggested, went with Adanto Vanguard over this for now?
Adventurous Impulse digs and has a very low chance of whiffing in typical Gx decks
Maulfist Revolutionary I think an Evolution Sage would be better. Speaking of which… is Evo Sage cubable? Cause she’s one of my favorite War cards…
Wretched Gryff – There was talk about these Emerge duders but can’t remember what was decided for them
Abundant Maw see above
Wanted Scoundrels – card is sweet! Beautiful foil! But… holy drawback. I need some people with experience to chime in on this one.
Seed Guardian – Pretty sure this isn’t worth it in 360

I know this is a good amount of info thrown out at once. Just trying to catch up. Haha. These last few sets have been hectic. I am 99% sure I am missing stuff that I should have added. I nearly forgot about Rhythm and Pteramander, for instance…. If you spot something I am missing, whether new or old, let me know. I am always down to modify my cube, add cards to solidify what each color / guild wants to do, and balance it out.
