I figured the pattern was 3-2-1-5-4, but I didn't know whether (from the left) column 6 or column 7 was supposed to be in column 11 since both were identical; I just moved column 7 to column 11, and column 2 to column 6 to make:

As you can see, in column 9 (from the left), there is a 5 (Duskmantle Guildmage) where a 1 (Boros Guildmage) should be. Also, column 1 is where column 7 is right now. I made those changes and ended up with:
