There are a couple (literally only two people) that play Weiss Schwarz at my LGS. Was looking into playing the game for the heck of it. Currently working on a Fate/Stay Night "Archer and Rin" deck, but I've had to resort to online vendors for the majority of the deck since singles are hard to come by for older franchises. I've heard this game is more popular in the Southeastern US, but a competitive scene is virtually nonexistent here in NYC.
The game itself is pretty straightforward except for the fact you take damage in the form of top decked cards (similar to Cardfight! Vanguard), which leads to some suboptimal hands. Decent game overall if you like anime, but I try not to take it too seriously.
Hi everyone. New to the thread and interested in building Skred as my second modern deck. Went with the Double Dragon version based on the primer. I am a Timmy at heart, so being able to jam in with a bunch of dragons sounds appealing. Any advice is appreciated.

Figured I'd go the aggro/tempo route with cards like Lyev Skyknight and Remand. Still considering whether or not I should use Court Hussar for the card advantage.
Despite being one of the most powerful decks I've ever built, it ended games way too quickly or I sat there playing kingmaker. Led to my playgroup getting upset. (not so much at me, but at each other for not dealing with my general or not making an attempt to do so) Basically, it was a burn/token deck.
