Do we have a discoed channel for this deck at all?
What makes the As Foretold version of this deck so much weaker that it’s more rarely explored?
I've shifted to the UW Foretold version recently and while it may not be the most consistent version, it sure is a blast to play!
Jace get's around that just fine as well. Yeah, not sure I see what the role of the card is.
Sphinx's Tutelage seems extremely lackluster. I wonder when he sides it in.
My brother is looking to build this deck (He likes it more than Eldrazi and Taxes or RG Eldrazi). He currently owns Mono White Death and Taxes as well as burn.
Curious on any recommendations for starting points, buying path from budget version of the deck with upgrade path, or if it is worthwhile to go WB Eldrazi and Taxes and eventually transition over once he has more money to pick up the more expensive cards such as Chalice of the Void. Any advice that you have would be most helpful.
If someone is interested in revamping and taking over the thread, please reach out and let me know! I'll be posting the the foil cards externally and not on MTGS, so feel free to reach out via PM on those as well. Best of luck supporting the HIVE! (:
Yeah, I do like that card and I'm keeping an eye out for it! I wish it was a may card, but I still think it's really good. I'll have to keep an eye out for it as it does net some really good card advantage really quickly.
Dualcaster has too many combos ranging from infinite mana to card draw to tutoring to creatures... practically everything haha. I left a lot of the combos off the list because some more than 3 cards to pull off, but it's very realistic for a lot of them to be pulled off.
I'd love your help in tweaking the deck to the ultimate decklist and getting this thing ready to go! You'll notice that there are suboptimal cards in some slots - the reason for this is when it comes to EDH, flavor of the deck is important to me. Still make the recommendations that you have though!
