Instead of a trample counter, wouldn´t it be easier to say "As long as CREATURE is mutated, it has trample" just like Monstrosity works? It seems unnecessary to have counters for abilities
So i originally wanted to make a commander deck around Polukranos, Unchained but now that we got 2 new escape commanders, i´m a bit unsure which one would be best to use
Polukranos, Unchained is very aggressive since it can fight other creatures and keep coming back doing that. The damage prevention might be a bit bad but again, you can get it back again and again.
Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath seems great as, just by casting him, you will get 3 life, draw a card and then maybe put a land card on the battlefield. Comboing off all these things is also easy to do.
So Escape is very interesting to me but it seems like a mechanic that´s bad to make a whole deck around as for everytime you Escape you have to exile 2 to 8 cards ( Ox of Agonas requires 8 exiled cards for instance) from your graveyard depending on which card you´re escpaing.
In a 60 card deck this seems like you quickly will run out of things to exile while keep trying to keep up with having enough stuff to dump into your graveyard.
What do you think of Escape as a mechanic and how would you build a deck around it?
Use it with the artifact that let's you end your turn to avoid the end step, you can use it every turn! That's one advantage of it being an enchantment instead of a sorc.
Yeah but having the spoiler season last for only a week is new info which also seems very intense
Looks like Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths got pushed into May but will have a week where everything gets spoiled.
Let´s say that i have Zedruu the Greathearted out on the battlefield and I cast Jinxed Idol and then spend 3 mana from Zedruu the Greathearted to let one of my opponents gain control of it. Since I gave up the control of Jinxed Idol is it still my card? Could I for instance useZedruu the Greathearted again to give Jinxed Idol to another opponent if i want?

Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger To me, Kroxa is the least exciting of these as not much is going on.
I don´t know if we will get other Escape commanders but which of these do you like the most and why?

Oh my god, that´s amazing
