    Here's my review for Kaldheim:
Reflections of Littjara - Amazing for the Zombie Build. Everytime we cast a zombie spell it gets copied. Copying each zombie lord in the deck will go a long way very quickly.
    • Burning-Rune Demon - Is almost like a Final Parting on a body except that an opponent chooses which card goes to the graveyard and which goes to your hand. You also have to reveal the cards. However, we can make a choice that's beneficial for us regardless of the outcome since we like having things in our graveyard anyways.
    • Dream Devourer - For just 1B, we have a creature that essentially reduces the casting of our nonland cards without fortell (which is so far none of them). We can then recast them later on. So while we end up paying the same cost in the end, we can empty our hand if necessary and then cast the spells for cheaper when we can.
    • Haunting Voyage - Amazing for the Zombie Build. Its foretold cost is a bit high at 7 mana but it can reanimate all of our zombies which is no small feat.
    • Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire - A recurrable tutor on a body is no joke, especially when it topdecks what we're looking for. We'd rather have the card in our graveyard than our hand anyways. What's great about boast is that we can activate it in response to Sidisi's attack trigger. We can then have Varragoth's ability resolve first, topdecking something spicy for Sidisi to mill when her trigger resolves.
    • Roots of Wisdom - Believe it or not this card is kind of useful in the deck as it is. Currently there are 7 elves in the deck. Add to that 35 lands and there're 42 potential cards that this can return besides milling us for three.
    • Jorn, God of Winter / Kaldring, the Rimestaff - If your deck runs a lot of snow lands then you might consider playing Jorn to untap your lands or Kaldring in order to play them from the graveyard. However, my deck doesn't run a lot of snow permanents so it's not for me.
    • King Narfi's Betrayal - Not only does this mill the entire table for 4 but it exiles a creature of planeswalker from each graveyard. We can can then cast them afterwards for any mana. This is more helpful to us but at the same time we can potentially steal an amazing creature or planeswalker from an opponent. Definitely worth considering.
    • Narfi, Betrayer King - A bit overcosted at 5 mana but it is a zombie lord that can reanimate itself for SSS. Unfortunately, as it is, the deck can at most run 3 snow-covered basic lands. You'd need to include more source of snow mana to make it worthwhile to include.
    • The Three Seasons - Definitely worth considering for the Budget Build since it self-mills for 3 and then can potentially recover 3 snow permanents to our hand and then shuffle back 3 cards we don't want to remain in our graveyard.
    • Maskwood Nexus - Worth considering for the Zombie Build since it'll make all of our creatures zombies (as well as other creature types). It's cheaper than Conspiracy but not cheaper than Arcane Adaptation. It's also more susceptible to removal than Arcane Adaptation. That being said, for 3 mana and tapping it can create a 2/2 zombie for what the decks cares for.

    Here's my review for Kaldheim:
    • Draugr Necromancer - If you want to steal your opponents creatures, this'll do it. They're constantly sacrificing creatures so not only will this exile them instead, but we can then replay them afterwards. Not only to use them against our opponents but as potential sacrifice fodder as well.
    • Eradicator Valkyrie - It's ability requires attacking to be able to use it, but it's a 4/3 flyer so we'll definitely have someone to swing into. Being able to have the entire table sacrifice a creature each turn is busted in this deck. This is like another Rankle.
    • Tergrid, God of Fright - Perhaps the best Kaldheim card for this deck. With all of the edict effects in the deck we're going to be stealing practically everything if we have Tergrid on the battlefield. She's a no-brainer her. Her first half if the most important one since Tergrid's Lantern isn't as busted as the front half. She's an auto-include here.
    • Tergrid's Shadow - A more expensive Barter in Blood but it'll cost as much if we foretell it and it has the bonus of being at instant speed.
    • Binding of the Old Gods - For 4 mana it can destroy a nonland permanent and then ramp us a nonbasic forest (if we want) and then gives deathtouch to all of our creatures. While all 3 abilities are great, they're not really that impacting with the current version of this deck.
    • Sarulf, Realm Eater - This is a great way to take advantage of all the sacrifices that are happening. Then, if anyone has a more menacing boardstate than us, we can reset Sarulf to reset the table, all while leaving itself and lands behind. It's bound to get ridiculously huge with this deck. Unfortunately it has no built-in evasion.

    Here's my review for Kaldheim:
    • Fynn, the Fangbearer - With so many equipment in the deck that gives creatures deathtouch, it's very possible to win via poison counters as another wincon. It might be a bit slow, but Fynn himself has deathtouch.
    • Toski, Bearer of Secrets - A green Coastal Piracy on a body is pretty tempting for this deck. However, this deck doesn't really go wide; it goes tall. That being said, if you do wipe the board with Polukranos, you can swing in with your mana dorks and draw some cards.
    • Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider - The deck isn't running other effects that double the amount of +1/+1 placed on creatures so it's not that good in this deck.

Apologies if this has already been asked, but does Vorinclex work like Pir, Imaginative Rascal? If I have a planeswalker enter the battlefield will the loyalty counters get doubled? Also, if I uptick a planeswalker, will the amount of loyalty counters added to it get doubled?

Here's my review for Commander Legends:
    • Hullbreacher - One of the new "boogeymen" to the format, while it can be included to steal opponents' draws, the deck isn't really forcing players to draw and it's hard enough to make cuts for it. Same goes for the next card.
    • Opposition Agent - The other new "boogeyman" to the format, while it can be included to steal opponents' ramp effects or tutors, the deck is more proactive than reactive. With how difficult it is to make cuts, it's honestly not worth a slot here.
    • Laboratory Drudge - While the deck obviously plays with the graveyard, the effects is too lackluster to warrant a slot.
    • Sakashima of a Thousand Faces - Another amazing clone that can copy legends, having another Sidisi could do a lot. While I wouldn't necessarily make a cut for it, it's still definitely a great card to add if you like these effects.
    • Tormod, the Desecrator - Another way to make zombies especially since the deck is getting things out of the graveyard. However, it's much more efficient making zombies with Sidisi than it would be with Tormod.
    • Kamahl, Heart of Krosa - Giving our zombie horde +3/+3 is quite the buff. However, with how expensive it costs, it's better to just run Craterhoof Behemoth instead, which the deck already runs.
    • Kodama of the East Tree - Each time we create a zombie we're able to drop a land from our hand. Also, whenever we reanimate anything we can play a card with the same or lower casting cost for free. While I have yet to test it, this card has the potential to make some busted plays and should definitely be considered.
    • Araumi of the Dead Tide - With the graveyard full of cards, giving encore to a creature is a great way to reanimate them. However, the creature has to be exiled for its effect, which is something I've been very adamant on the deck not doing.
    • Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait - While not a landfall deck, being able to play an additional land and being able to draw a card off of it is definitely something to consider.
    • Undergrowth Stadium and Rejuvenating Springs - With this land megacycle finally getting completed, we can add even more 2-colored lands that don't enter the battlefield tapped.

Here's my review for Commander Legends:
    • Necrotic Hex - Having the entire table sacrifice six creatures puts a ton of +1/+1 counters on our creatures. We also get 6 2/2 zombies back for our troubles. Amazing card.
    • Szat's Will - Has each opponent sacrifice their strongest creature but if we control Mazirek then we will also exile opponents' graveyards and create a bunch of thrull tokens as well. Also an amazing card for the deck.
    • Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools - Not only does he create sacrifice fodder while gaining loyalty but can also be used as a sacrifice outlet to draw cards. Drawing 2 cards is enough since we don't really want to sacrifice Mazirek considering how expensive it is to cast.
    • Kamahl's Will - Not only can it be used as a removal spell but turning all of our lands into indestructible creatures means more bodies to put +1/+1 counters on. Not necessarily an auto-include in the deck, but it is worth mentioning.
    • Jeweled Lotus - As mentioned earlier, casting Mazirek is quite costly. This is a no-brainer to include.
    • Undergrowth Stadium - Finally, another land megacycle is completed. Thanks to this we get a battlebond land for BG decks.

Here's my review for Commander Legends:
    • Court of Bounty - Becoming the monarch is great at drawing a card at the end of the turn but even if not the monarch, you can drop a land during your upkeep. If you are the monarch, you'll be able to drop a creature. The deck doesn't have so many fatties but being able to cheat one early enough can do a lot.
    • Kamahl's Will - Turning our lands into indestructible 1/1's is amazing at overwhelming the board This also goes amazing with Gaea's Cradle and/or Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun.
    • Kodama of the East Tree - Amazing with cheating things from our hand or dropping more lands since playing a land will allow us to drop on from our hand.
    • Reshape the Earth - Grabs 10 lands that aren't necessarily basic which is amazing. The deck can generate a ton of of mana which will allow casting this very early on. Since players refuse to run mass land destruction spells, you can take over the game very early on thanks to it.
    • Jeweled Lotus - Not as overhyped as all the naysayers make it out to be, it is very useful here not only because it can get Polukranos out on turn 1, but it can also help afterwards since we're constantly wanting to reset it. So it's useful in the deck throughout the entire match.
    • Guildless Commons - A bounceland for any deck, especially monocolored ones, it can give a burst of mana after that initial set back similarly to Jungle Basin.

Here's my review for Zendikar Rising:
    • Ancient Greenwarden - Landfall is definitely a subtheme in the deck so being able to double those triggers is amazing. The deck isn't running any fetchlands but it is running Thawing Glaciers and Ghost Town so we are able to get landfall triggers each turn.
    • Ashaya, Soul of the Wild - The deck has a ton of mana dorks but Ashaya makes all nontoken creatures into mana dorks which can go a long way. Not only that but since our nontoken creatures are now lands, they'll survive boardwipes that specify nonland permanents (Planar Cleansing, Cyclonic Rift, etc.) which is definitely a plus.
    • Scute Swarm - As mentioned earlier, while landfall is not a core aspect of the deck, this is an amazing green card that can get out of hand very quickly, especially since this deck is ramping like crazy. It can get out of hand very quickly.

Here's my review for The Walking Dead × Secret Lair:
    *DISCLAIMER*
While no doubt a very controversial product, I do not believe in gatekeeping; I will still respect players excited by and looking forward to playing with these cards. Likewise, I respect those who took personal offense by this product. That being said, I will be objective in reviewing what could be used from this product for this deck.
    • Lucille - This equipment is absolutely crazy here and I'm limitlessly upset that it doesn't yet exist as an MtG IP version. Not only does it give Mazirek +2/+0 and menace, making it even harder to block (especially since we're having opponents constantly sacrifice their creatures) but it also forces the defending player to sacrifice a creature before blockers are even declared. If that weren't enough, you create a zombie when they do, giving you even more sacrifice fodder.
    • Michonne, Ruthless Survivor - She creates two 2/2 zombies when she enters the battlefield. This means that Michonne could be used as another potential creature for the Ashnod's Altar / Nim Deathmantle combo. Having her equipped with the deathmantle will also make her equipment dependent ability relevant although not entirely useful for what the deck wants to accomplish. Curiously enough, Lucille is an excellent equipment for a Michonne deck. This means that you can potentially include both of these cards in your deck if you feel so inclined to.

Here's my review for Zendikar Rising:
    • Agadeem's Awakening - With sacrificing creatures in this deck, there will be instances where our graveyard if full of creatures that we've used for advantage. This can reanimate a lot of them (since they have to have different casting costs). The best thing about this spell, however, is that it doesn't really take up a slot in the deck since it can be played as Agadeem, the Undercrypt, thus only taking up a land slot.
    • Demon's Disciple - Another Plaguecrafter for a singleton deck. Definitely going in.
    • Ancient Greenwarden - The deck doesn't have a lot of landfall effects but it does run a lot of fetchlands, and this is a great way to replay them from the graveyard. It's definitely stronger than Ramunap Excavator.
    • Ashaya, Soul of the Wild - Makes all of our nontoken creatures into forests. This not only saves them from nonland effects (like Cyclonic Rift and the like) but can also accelerate the deck by turning our creatures into mana dorks.
    • Iridescent Hornbeetle - This card is crazy good here. Any turn we put a +1/+1 on each of our creatures, we're going to get a 1/1 for each of those at the end of our turn. Not only will this grow our army, but it will give us a ton of sacrifice fodder.
    • Oran-Rief Ooze - It might be a bit winmore, but if it attacks with a bunch of creatures that already have a +1/+1 counter on it, it's going to add another one on them. If we have our effects that double counters, it can possibly add up.
    • Scute Swarm - Though this isn't a landfall deck, we are constantly getting plenty of lands onto the battlefield at once (or at the very minimum two triggers per turn when replaying fetchlands). This means that this will either present us with a bunch of sacrifice fodder or a huge swarm (no pun intended) we can swing in with.

    • Lucille - While the deck doesn't really use equipment, it does provide a slight buff as well as menace, which could be useful. More important than that, it has a trigger on attack which makes the defending player sacrifice a creature - making Sidisi even harder to block. If they sacrifice a creature, you get a zombie, which is also synergistic for the deck. This has the potential of finding a slot in the Zombie Build.
    • Michonne, Ruthless Survivor - She creates two 2/2 zombies when she enters the battlefield. However, the deck isn't really running equipment to make the most of Michonne's ability. Curiously enough, Lucille is an excellent equipment for a Michonne deck.

Here's my review for Zendikar Rising:
    • Glasspool Mimic - Although it enters the battlefield as a copy of a creature only we control, it still costs 3 to cast so it's pretty good. It's also a land in a pinch. This is definitley worth considering since it can double our best nonlegendary creature on the battlefield while also potentially taking the spot of a land in the deck.
    • Agadeem's Awakening - Even though it's not a creature, being a modular double-faced card means that it can technically take up a land slot in the deck - especially since it has the potential of entering the battlefield untapped. It's an amazing reanimation spell if we have the mana to cast it, which shouldn't be a problem since the deck is running Gaea's Cradle and Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.
    • Drana, the Last Bloodchief - She has the potential of reanimating a nonlegendary creature during each of our combat steps but I feel like it's a bit slow and we also don't have any control of what our opponents are going to choose. So there's that to consider as well.
    • Nullpriest of Oblivion - A bit expensive as far as reanimation spells go, but 6 mana with no other drawback isn't that bad. It's also on a body which is a plus.
    • Ancient Greenwarden - It's quite the hulk at 5/7 with reach for just 6 mana. However, this not being a landfall deck means that it's finally ability is pretty moot here. If I wanted to play lands from my graveyard with this deck I'd go with Ramunap Excavator instead.
    • Moss-Pit Skeleton - Part of a busted infinite combo. You can find that combo explained in great detail in the following video (already timestamped): https://youtu.be/16bXEs6KjMs?t=1480
    • Nissa of Shadowed Boughs - It's a great way to untap lands for additional value like Cabal Coffers, Gaea's Cradle, etc. On top of that, she can also be used to reanimate creatures or cheat them onto the battlefield from our hand. Definitely worth considering.

    Anxiously awaiting your set review!

Don't worry, it's definitely coming soon! I did finish them for my channel but specifically for Sidisi and my other primers I just haven't had the time to do because I've been swamped with work. Hopefully I can finish it by tomorrow or Tuesday!

I kind like Glasspool Mimic for this deck. Lots of flexibility on what you could copy (Craterhoof Behemoth, Bloom Tender, Glen Elendra Archmage, etc.) which would almost always be a plus. Or in a pinch it's a land.

I can definitely see that. The deck is one where it's very difficult to find cuts for and there's already an amazing card I want to find a slot for from Zendikar Rising (the plant skeleton) since it makes an infinite loop in the deck.

But now that the entire set is spoiled (I think) I'm going to start reviewing the set both for my "A Flight" series on my YouTube channel as well as for my primers both here and on MTGNexus.
