What are you trying to accomplish with Stormbreath Dragon? I like Thragtusk as a possible tech vs G/B/x strategies. Trades profitably with any spell they have (with the sole exception of Lingering Souls), and has applications on other MUs (Burn, I guess).
It can hasty kill a liliana they just dropped and upticked, it can bash for 4 and the only real removal they have is 1 pulse and Lilly. It flies right past their souls. They have so much disruption that the combo really isn't the best gameplay. I'd rather bash them with batterskull and dragons.
Anyone considered Stormbreath Dragon in the SB. Seems super strong against abzan. They have little removal outside of path and abrupt decay. Both can't touch it. It also flies right past all their souls (pro white). Kind of a silver billet in the matchup to quickly close out a game.
It's good and bad. Increased awareness doesn't help our game. I was planning to take this to a Gp next week. After this showing it may do me more bad than good. As that's 2 weeks everyone will have to prepare for this. Spellskites galore.
Deck looks solid to me well tuned for a broad meta. Not sure I love 3 become immense in the main but overalls the build looks good. Like that he has wild defiance in the side. Without delver that's where I feel they should be.
Sun droplet is really bad. Not only do you have to take damage you can ou remove 1 counter per turn. 1 life per upkeep on the stipulation that you took damage is just depressing. This is modern and netting 1 life by turn three is just going to set you back.
I think Natures Claim is better than Viridian Corrupter in the SB. Corrupter was better in the UG version where you wanted the artifact destruction but to keep threat density. In the BUG version you have more creatures so I think he is less relevant. Also Being able to Destroy and Enchantment is very relevant.
How's the monastery siege been? I played this deck last night at FNM. Was 3-0 lost in the finals to Mono U tron which I feel is basically impossible (literally impossible) to win. On the bright side I beat Zoo, affinity and Burn. I did feel burn was close though and some extra SB cards could help.
Also, everytime I saw lighthouse it was just great. What an amazing 1 of.
I'm not convinced bug is better. I do like 1 corrupter main as well as a sylvan scrying to fetch a Inkmoth. It's possibly Phyrexian crusader could be decent. Pro white and red is pretty good if he's not countered. Doesn't leave a ton of removal. Basically black. Dismember, murderous cut and slaughter pact.
On a side note I kind of like Monastery Siege as a sideboard card in the blue versions. I am not convinced it's better than wild defiance but it does slow down the opponents quite a bit. Making a Abrupt decay cost 4 or a seige rhino cost 6 is pretty big game. They can still get in with a turn 1/2 discard but I would laugh pretty hard seeing someone thoughtseize me for 3 mana.
In magical Christmas land you can cast it turn 2 off a heirarch enjoy not casting a creature till turn 4, oh wait, you're dead.

And burn. Just counter/bolt their early play then drop that to realistic shut them down. They won't be casting two spells a turn while it's in play.
Also kills their dorks opposing pestermites, good against affinity. Also kills every creature in infect.
