    ah ok. But there must be an exact line where Azorius authority ends and Boros authority begins and vice versa.
    The Azorius also have their law enforcement with their hussars, arresters and lawmages. Without being allies it would surely get ugly if both parties try to arrest and punish the same person

    hmm interesting.
    So the Boros just kick your door in and say that you broke the law without actually having the law at their side. They just fight anyone who is doing evil from their point of view

    I read the planeswalkers guide and read about both guilds and it gets said that the boros defend the law.
    But the Azorius Senate makes these laws if im not mistaken and it would make sense that the Azorius make the laws and have some kind of police force while the Boros would be like the army handling everything the police cant handle.
    But I it seems like there is no actual connection and the Boros opinion about the Azorius seems to be rather hostile actually.
    So which laws to the Boros actually defend? Do they make their own laws?
