Possibility Storm is a good chaos card. I finally got to use it today and it makes the game interesting. You've got players who get stuck with spells they can't cast, and players who cast cheap stuff hoping to land into something big.
I can attest to Possibility Storm's potential casting low mana spells into even Warp World can be fun. I have yet to be dissapointed in my Nicol Bolas deck in the sig its full of chaos and the works give it a look, we share alot of the same cards, though may I suggest Vandalblast, artifact wipe and with Mycosynth Lattice it becomes a board wipe.
Deck update, after playing some extensive games over the past two days has yielded me some interesting insight into the deck. I played the first day in a two headed giant game against my best friends who were piloting their Olivia Voldaren and Obzedat, Ghost Council decks while my teammate was piloting my Momir Vig, Simic Visionary. The first game went over well in our advantage. I held back behind doing little of the form of much until I cast Grip of Chaos followed by a Consuming Aberration followed by Hive Mind forcing my opponents spells to mill themselves and rendering targeted spells to go everywhere.
My next game went a little differently as now I had the giant red arrow over my head. Eye of the Storm shut down by an early Mortify followed by a Merciless Eviction targeting creatures ruined Momir badly and we couldn't seem to regain footing.
Blood Scrivener seemed like a dead draw most times as I am always refreshing my hand, so I replaced him with Sarkhan the Mad loresh with Nicol Bolas and synergistic too boot. Also gives me cards in a pinch more so then Scrivener was.
My last swap was Elemental Augury was a card I was testing to dig through my deck and manipulate my draws a little. But sadly would get out to late when I would rather be setting up my board state. So it was replaced by another card on a test slate Possibility Storm. In its maiden voyage it managed for my Preordain to become a Warp World. So it is not going anywhere yet.
I was looking at the signatures and was highly impressed, and was trying to get a signature made with Mind Grind on the left, Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker(Ajani/Bolas duel deck variant) in the center, and Cerebral Vortex to the right.
Minor update today, had an interesting couple of games the other day against Taijec and Ghost Council. One thing I noticed was that Tajec was alot faster than I had hoped, seems like I am going to need board wipes in the form of (Decree of Pain and Damnation). I took my loss due to the fact I spent alot of resources trying to slow down Tajec while Council bled me out. Overall I need to slow down the games and be able to switch board mechanics.
You have a lot of stuff that doesn't hit on Warp World, has this caused issues for you?
In particular no, usually it is either hit during my epic experiment or usually when I'm sitting on a ton of lands/rocks. But for the most part I just use it as tempo.
Huge update to the deck today, added a ton of more chaotic cards as shown in change log. At this point tested the deck today against Olivia Volderon and Ghost Council and will say it was a ton of fun flipping the board around on people. Alas though I seem to be drawing hate towards my enchantments now, specifically Eye of the Storm and Grip of Chaos. Funny part is they didn't win me it. It was a Insurrection and Reins of Power duo that clinched it.
Anywho would love some thought or input into the deck.
After contemplating on my next deck design, I decided to make a sort of chaos deck with whom then no other than Nicol Bolas. The generic bad guy when you think about it, always planting a seed and then reaping it later. This deck sort of does that in its own right.

The deck plays very subtly at first as it slowly builds up board presence and ramping/dropping rocks. After that we slowly put down those seeds I talked about earlier. Being it Mindmoil or Teferi's Puzzle Box, one replacing your hand to search for more chaotic board present enchantment and counters help build our next state. We have two methods to go Epic Experiment to chuck some huge spells like Cruel Ultimatum and the such, or go the more chaotic route with Hive Mind or Eye of the Storm. After that sit back and watch the fun (though I have random effects kill our enchantments, but its bound to happen). While the opponents struggle targeting we sit back and wheel and deal all the while still damaging them via Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Spiteful Visions, and Psychosis Crawler.
So the theme I am aiming for is chaos, I mean why wouldn't Bolas want to?
Perhaps a Tezzeret the Seeker or Trinket Mage toolbox can be added to speed up ramp or allow you to get maximum hand size alot quicker. Trinket Mage at least falls into the blinkable theme.
As for Sphinx of Uthuun arguement why not remove Diluvian Primordial I've always seen him as an finite blinking since he exiles, while Chancellor of the Spires can re-use them repeatedly.
Main post updated added Prime Speaker Zegana to the general list, reworded our ramp game since creature toolbox expanded, and slight minor tweaks across the list. Still working on main post and deck itself, as for Dragon's Maze I'm excited but somehow Simic in this set is better then Gatecrash. We shall see in a week. So in the meantime would love more feedback.
So been real busy with work as of late finally starting to die down a bit after all these holidays. Noticed we have a new human guy that can swim. Hoping to see alot more goodies to be spoiled in DGM. Otherwise, For Science!
Now I have Unexpected Results which could pose useful with our large count of creatures or just be a ramp. This one maybe just a test but a turn 4 big boy could be a decent impact.
Also with all of the +1/+1 counters in here Crowned Ceratok and Sapphire Drake make for some interesting ways to come at our opponents, thoughts on these two as well is appreciated.
Added Aluren and Cloud of Faeries, giving me another potential route to infinite mana alongside Cloudstone Curio. And it still draws your entire deck with Zegana as the general, just a bit slower than DEN + Palinchron. (The card-drawing, that is, not the combo itself.)
I think what I like the most is that, for the most part, these are incidental combos. Besides the creatures, none of the combo pieces can be tutored for, and none of the combo-piece creatures can be cheated into play via GSZ or Natural Order. I mean, I could make them tutorable by finding slots for Fabricate and/or Tezzeret the Seeker if I wanted to. Maybe I will, depending on how well the deck does.
Are there any infinite mana combos I'm forgetting wherein the individual cards are still useful to me?
Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger+Palinchron is another, Phantasmal Image +Palinchron heck I think even any clone under 6 or less mana yields results. Are you using infinite mana as the main win condition or just another by chance, cause it can become easy for your opponents to turn it off.
One card I can definitely recommend for you is Fertilid. This thing can ramp like crazy with your +1/+1 counter subtheme. Even if you don't need the ramp, it's still another source of extra counters and/or deck thinning.
Also, how come you're not running Sage of Fables? You have a rather large repertoire of Wizards for it to give counters to, some of whom can use those counters themselves, and is also a second instance of Zameck Guildmage's second ability.
At the rate im headed, it looks to me at any point I could swap Momir for Kraj, but the utility to fetch creatures is too valuable. Everytime I add a new card my first two thoughts have become 1. Can it hold its own and 2. How well does it interact with the rest of the team.
I like the idea of Fertilid and the fact blinking can reset counters or make Kraj search our deck as well. As with Sage of Fables her ability extends to our increased counts of wizards and gives us another draw engine.

My next day I added some cards that were traded to me:
Rakdos Signet replaced its weaker counterpart Rakdos Cluestone same for Dimir Signet replacing its Dimir Cluestone.
Blood Scrivener seemed like a dead draw most times as I am always refreshing my hand, so I replaced him with Sarkhan the Mad loresh with Nicol Bolas and synergistic too boot. Also gives me cards in a pinch more so then Scrivener was.

Text: Chaos is a friend of mine.
Thank you and take as much time as need be.
New editions:
Blood Crypt in for a mountain, obvious choice.
Melek, Izzet Paragon in for Djinn Illuminatus as he wasn't performing well and Melek is more chaotic and I get free copies.
Hive Mind in for Imp's Mischief well it is here, your spells, my spells, let's just make the stack bigger. ps. Curse of Echoes big brother.
Mindmoil will be replacing Wheel and Deal with addition of this Psychosis Crawler might be added. Main reason for adding is we cast alot of spells and if Niv-Mizzet is out it can get painful.
Entering (Breaking/Entering)is our last edition, replacing Dimir Keyrune flavorful and all round not a bad card.
So this thing still needs work, help is needed and that person could be you!
In particular no, usually it is either hit during my epic experiment or usually when I'm sitting on a ton of lands/rocks. But for the most part I just use it as tempo.
Anywho would love some thought or input into the deck.
For more tempo im thinking Melek, Izzet Paragon, Vedalken Orrery(on the more expensive Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir.
Reverberate, Increasing Vengence, Chandra, the Firebrand, and Redirect. Will all be added once I grab them from my brother's house.
