I remember this archtype from way back, it might actually be older than ten years! I think some of these cards are from Portal. I really couldn't tell you how this would fare now a days but like you said, a lot of crazy cards have come out. You might be able to figure out a way to improve this actual decklist through searching all 'newer' cards for similar effects.

Thanks for responding, I've been back playing since Innistrad came out, must say it is one if my favorite sets! But right now I've been checking out the standard forums and I was thinking about posting in there but wondering if it's that big of a deal if I don't blue link every card title? Do the mods really care that much about that?

Hello, I decided to make my first thread today for MTGSalvation. I find this site to be my favorite board to read about what people are saying about the new cards and strategies. I am a player from The Dark and have been in and out of playing many times, but still collected over the years. My favorite decks of all time are Necro, Ravager Affinity, and Prosbloom. I'll be watching -Darksteel_Eye
