I don't think anyone's mentioned Park Map in this thread yet (although there is an SCD), but it's another good one, assuming you're not opposed to un-cards.
I've found these tutors in general to be pretty important for making the archetype viable, since they both increase consistency and frequently wheel to the person drafting the combos, as they are otherwise unplayable.
I don't think the abilities stack, so you can't get "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, put that many +1/+1 counters on it" 3x times on one creature, just like it can't get triple trample. So if you target a 1/1 with all 3 backup triggers, it becomes a 4/4 with trample and if it hits (unblocked) it would become an 8/8.
Probably because they both cost 3 and can attach themselves for free. That's big for aggro, which will happily trade life for a tempo boost. It's like phyrexian mana for the equip cost.
Competent Necromancer 1B

When ~ enters the battlefield, put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. When ~ leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.

I think that version would easily be printable but it wouldn't make my Azorius section. At 1W I'd start to consider it, although I think it would be slightly worse than other 1W options like Journey to Nowhere. W would be the sweet spot IMO.
It's a one card combo with Arcane Savant (gotta draft them both, but still).
Bounce all their nonland permanents, make infinite creatures, and draw your deck.
Edit: actually you can just mill them out, no need to even attack.
It's a lightning rod for removal if I've ever seen one.
Performance seems like it will be very swingy depending on how removal heavy your environment is and if you support persist combo.
A 4 drop that gets no value if answered immediately will feel bad. But if it lives more than a turn or two, it could be great. Reminds me a little of Hero of Bladehold. I wouldn't call it broken.
