Baral won the 55 player MTGO challenge today. I expect DTT TC & Strip Mine to be banned Wednesday. Maybe Emrakul too
DDT and TC is a obvious ban, blue is too strog... Strip Mine also probably will be banned, but Emrakul I dont think so... Maybe unban Survival, Arcum Dagsson and Braids, Cabal Minion...
These 3 commander together represent 55% of the metagame. Three F*cking commanders... The the 4th commander with most 5-0 is Nissa, with SIX PERCENT! It has almost 1/3 of 5-0 results in relation to the 3th deck with most result. These three commanders must be banned and other op cards too.
Baral is not that good, really. Is it strong? Yes! Is it the second deck with more 5-0? Sure! But its also the most popular deck since it's very very cheap and also is competitive. Most of the 5-0 list are wreid! Some of them uses copter, other list uses sky diamond or polymorph + emrakul but still use other 5 creatures lol
The deck is good but it is far from being the best second deck of the format. It is just popular because it's cheap and competitive.
Ban two cards instead of cloudpost? Come on, it does not make sense. Ban cloudpost, there is no other card to ban. And ban it before the invitational, we dont want tons of cloudpost variants playing it.
Expedition Map is not a problem, Cloudpost is.
Glimmerpost is not a problem, Cloudpost is.
Eye of Ugin is not a problem, Cloudpost is.
All these cards are not op without Cloudpost, Cloudpost is the root of the problem. Banning it will restore the heirloom metagame's health.
Summer Bloom was banned in modern to slow a deck down without banning the card that actually broke the deck (Amulet)
Summer Bloom allow turn 2 win lol
I can't belive that you compare both cases, really.
One is a hard control that has tons of mana (with Cloudpost) on middle-late game, the other is a combo that wins on turno 2. It does not make sense, as banning Expedition Map + Glimmerpost.

So my questions are:
- What do you think should be banned? Cloudpost? Glimmerpost? Eye of Ugin?
- Why shouldn't I ban it before the Invitational?
- What card is banned in pauper and modern? Cloudpost or Glimmerpost? Ban cloudpost seems fair. Will it kill a deck? For sure, as Invigorate's ban killed infect, Worldgorger Dragon's ban killed a deck, Blazing Shoal's ban killed a deck, Necrotic Ooze's ban killed a deck, Sword of the Meek's ban killed a deck, Hypergenesis's ban killed a deck and Misthollow Griffin's ban killed a deck until last edition. Cloudpost decks kicks other decks from the metagame too lol. Kill a deck is not really a bad thing.
- It should be banned before the invitational... a emergency ban is what the format needs, dont need to wait the rotation for it.
Come on, today's final had 2 Cloudpost.decs... With much less results than the cloudpost tons os players wanted cephalid's ban... It just was not banned because narcomeba was out of heirloom price range, but cloudpost ban is a must need for the heirloom health
Tasigur did 2 5-0 on last 5 leagues. There is more Kraum/Vial than Tasigur.
Vial + Kraum/Thrasios did 50 5-0, Baral 51. Vial decks will have more results than Baral in few events.
Vial is the new tendency on mtgo.
Breya os the 4th commander with most results, if Baral, Tasigur and Vial get banned on June 10, Breya will be oppressive as it was on DC.
DDT and TC is a obvious ban, blue is too strog... Strip Mine also probably will be banned, but Emrakul I dont think so... Maybe unban Survival, Arcum Dagsson and Braids, Cabal Minion...
Baral - 20%
Tasigur - 20%
Vial (Kraum + Thrasios) - 15%

On the last 3 days 15 different commanders did 5-0 con MTGO's commander league. Of these 15 commanders only 5 of these decks did not used blue (Nissa, Vastwood Seer, Zurgo Bellstriker, The Gitrog Monster, Prossh, Skyraider of Kher and Titania, Protector of Argoth)... Prowling Serpopard seems a great card against blue decks... on the worst case it's a 4/3 for 3 manas. Should I add it instead of Massacre Wurm or just replace him with Thragtusk?
Any suggestion about what else card to add or remove?

As most of you know, the WOTC created a shared banlist for multiplayer and duel commander for MTGO. Did not you saw it yet? Check here: http://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-online/1v1-commander-banned-list . Yeah, its a really bad banlist, but its the banlist that the MTGO players will use from now.
