I have not played much standard in the past few months, but came back after Oath of the Gatewatch was released. I was able to win a small Game Day event playing the following Grixis Dragons list. The meta around the store that I play at is filled with Rally and G/x Ramp Eldrazi decks.
One of the cards that I was constantly boarding out was Hangarback Walker. It felt terribly slow and was repeatedly returned to my hand. Sadly, I do not know of a better fit. I also think that a Dragonlord Kolaghan might be better than Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet against Rally decks due to all of their creature based bouncing.
I have been enjoying this deck because of the diverse amount of threatening creatures it provides. I had to add Caryatids in order to provide a better mana base. I am going to play with it some more this weekend and try to post the results.
[M14] Game Day will take place between August 10–11, 2013.
It appears that there is an extended art Hive Stirrings for everyone that participates, and the players that make it to Top 8 will receive an extended art of Goblin Diplomats. I have searched the forum and partial spoilers thread, and as of this posting, Goblin Diplomats has not been mentioned. Here are the stats:

This deck is very similar to the older versions of B/R Dragons, but has a light blue splash for Jace, Vryn's Prodigy and Oath of Jace. These two cards worked very well to smooth out my draws early on and helped fuel my late game. Casting Oath of Jace felt better than Painful Truths or Dig Through Time because it was easier on my life total and mana resources. Cards that I discarded could easily be replayed later using Jace, Telepath Unbound, Kolaghan's Command, and Haven of the Spirit Dragon.
The MVP of the deck was definitely Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury. She was able to close out games quickly by dashing in and pumping up my attackers. Thunderbreak Regent put in a lot of extra damage and ensured that I was not completely time walked by cards like Reflector Mage or Sidisi's Faithful.
