Yeah I share a card pool with 2 others, and it actually limits us in colors and whatnot since we only have so many shocklands between us. Luckily one of us is playing a mono-color atm.
But we'll playtest using gates as their appropriate shocklands, if the deck seems to be working out well then we may invest in shocklands as we need them. Or we just mess around on cockatrice.
Depending on how well you know people at your LGS you may be able to borrow lands for a FNM, we've been able to do that at our store; either the staff or other players are really cool about it.
It seems like she didn't want it to make a big deal out of it, or maybe it felt out of place for her to talk to you about her relationship. She might have confided in other female friends but didn't feel it necessary to share with male friends.
Unless you specifically asked her at one point "Do you have someone back home?" and She lied, then it's probably nothing to worry/overthink about. Maybe she likes keeping her private life private. Since no one here knows her besides you, it's hard to tell if this would be a natural part of her personality.
No need to talk to her about it unless she talks to you about her boyfriend for any reason. It's obviously just not in the bounds of your friendship, and there's nothing wrong with that, as long as you respect it. She obviously wants to hang out with you and be your friend, just leave it at that.
Was this earlier on in the pack opening? Only reason I'm wondering is in it's current state it will generate some way-to-early-to-know-for-sure predictions. Because it thinks it's on the correct track sequence, then after opening something that doesn't make sense, it'll try a different track sequence that works out better with the new information. Next version I will try to instead convert these too-early predictions into partial predictions by comparing results over all possible track sequences ahead of time.
Yes, it was within the first 3 pack openings it predicted a for-sure Reckoner. It adjusted right after the Trooper and was flawless after.
We picked up the app, but unfortunately the phone isn't cooperating. (still has it only downloading at 1%) -_- Any suggestions for android emulation? Edit: got it to work finally Edit 2: tested app versus another box. Fantastic results. Only thing borked was Spark Trooper instead of Boros Reckoner. All other predictions spot-on.
Hubby got a grasp of how the patterns worked and decided to try it manually since the phone wasn't working. Other than human errors of mis-counting and whatnot we were able to predict the pulls extremely well using the info in the thread; and it was surprisingly fun for the both of us First time doing it and it was pretty awesome. Huge props to those that work on compiling everything.
