    Hey everyone! I just recently started playing MTG, and I'm looking for advice on building a deck. I've mainly only tinkered around with random cards and haven't actually made a deck based around any certain theme. Anyway, what are the best types of budget decks around the price range of $15? I'd be willing to spend up to $20 excluding the side deck. If someone would be kind enough to give me a list of viable deck options for this price range and the play style of the deck that would be awesome. I'll mainly be playing with friends, but I'd like the option for it to be competitive if I decide I ever wanted to play FNM.
