Quote from GG Crono »What are the community's thoughts on [card]Blazing Salvo[/card? Many players have a knee-jerk dislike of punisher cards, but I've always been fond of this one. It's aggressively-costed creature removal, and a lot of players would rather take the five to the dome than lose a key piece of their deck. And for the things that you really want gone, it's not like you won't have other means of getting rid of them shortly afterwards.
It depends on the deck you are running and what your opponent has. Most Burn decks go for the fast life total kill, but Blazing Solvo can actually give your opponent an extra turn if they choose to let something die. Not only that but if your opponent has no creatures at all the card is useless.
I am pretty iffy about this one.
