"At the beginning of your upkeep, put a 0/3 green Web enchantment creature token with reach and indestructible onto the battlefield.
Whenever a Web you control blocks a creature, it becomes an Aura in addition to its other enchantment types and gains enchant creature and 'Enchanted creature cannot attack or block, and its activated abilities cannot be activated.' Attach that Web to target creature blocked by it. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)"
Rules grammar aside, it seems broken. Who wouldn't want to have a free Pacifism every turn?
Chronokinesis
Psionic Sorcery (M) (Nonexistent mana costs can't be paid.)
Take an extra turn after this one.
(1) Maybe it should have been life loss. >.< (2) It makes a comeback in the set this card is from. :3 (3) True. (4) Fair enough. :/ (5) Then perhaps at rare?
Honor: I don't think the token generation should be repeatable when it also gives soldiers a sliveresque P/T boost. But that might just be me.
Anyway, I think this thread needs more Homestuck. ::::3
Marquise Spinneret Mindfang3UB
Creature — Troll Ancestor Pirate (M) UB, T: Gain control of target creature you don't control as long as you control Marquise Spinneret Mindfang.
3/3
I like it. How rare is Special, though? Also, a 3/9 seems a bit really lopsided.
Now for something completely different. Also introducing a new, less stilted way of saying "converted mana cost". :3
Static Burst2UUB
Tribal Interrupt — Spider (U)
Counter target spell. If you do, Static Burst deals damage to that spell's controller equal to its level.
John Egbert: I think this is a deceptively strong card. In certain situations, he isn't very good at all (such as when there's a lot of cheap removal running around or creatures have powerful ETB effects), but other times he could singlehandedly take over the game. Not too powerful, but interesting.
Her Imperious Condescension: This is a weird one. Trolls aren't really blue or black in magic, though I guess that's a homestuck thing. Her anthem ability should probably only boost your own creatures (as most anthems do nowadays) and her last ability can now say "dies". It's a bit strange how most of the text on this card only matters if your opponent is playing trolls, which is a rare occurrence in most magic. I mean, Olivia Voldaren at least had the ability to turn creatures into vampires to steal them.
Yeah, Alternians are probably pretty solid blue. I avoided "dies" because I was planning to stick to rules grammar ca. April 2009. I'll probably have Condy rip off Olivia.

D'oh! >_< Fixed.
He's not legendary for both flavor (he's a Time player, so there's lots of alternate versions of him running around) and playability purposes.

Hmm...

I know y'all are out there. :3
