@grape: Just the terms. General confidence is too subjective for that.

@Tubba: wait, how are you seeing LW as not taking stances?

Mostly my eyes. They’re taking stances, but light ones. It just feels like they want to be able to shift focus. That seems less scumhunting and more opportunistic.

I'd like more people to say why they think he's scum before I give my reasons.

Tubba: Is Grape scum? Why or why not?
Maybe? His tone feels different from Ghostbusters, but his activity level feels right. I don’t think I’m willing to bite into the TMI aspect of his posts, I feel like that’s just Grape. I agree with Tom and think it looks good for KJ though, and I don’t know why he would block himself off from moving on someone this early as scum.

As far as Whisper, I just get the vibe that they’re pushing a lot into the thread, but not taking a hard stance on anything. It could be playstyle, or it could be fishing for reactions to identify a push. It seems to me like they’re making softish statements and looking to the thread to legitimize them.

My first scum game was Low Fantasy, it was my first game period.

Why not just take a stance? What's the point of exhausting so many possibilities? What did you think reading that post?

That you are hedging as much as possible, making as much noise as possible, and that it makes you looks scummy.

I am unreasonably excited by the idea that Grape might be caught by verbiage. Like I know logically it's probably weak sauce but I have been trying to make wording tells work for years. y e a r s

You've convinced me to go look at Grape's meta.
why don't I like this post...

A: You are scum with grape

B: You are scum and lying about not
    liking it

C: You are town, scum reading Kami and
    Grape

I’m sure there are several more possibilities, but it’s just such a throwaway post. I guess you could just tell us why.

@Kami, did you vote LW just because of post #57, or because of more than that?

@Tubba, what did you think of LW's case on Rod?

I think I can see some of where they’re coming from, but it’s still not ENOUGH of anything to mean much to me. I try and make joke posts all the time regardless of alignment, I don’t take part in RVS but want to be part of the game. So I don’t see that as AI, and certainly not for Rod. The later stuff about Rod’s insistence for reasoning holds a little more weight, but I can see why Rod would want to get to the bottom of it. To summarize, it looks like a T/T slap fight starting, with a slightly scummier look for Whisper.

Can you provide me with an example of a “good” entry post? Make one up or use one from this game, I’m just trying to gauge what you’re looking for.

    K. I'll do it even more.

    I would’ve accepted “K. I’ll do it even harder.”

    @Grape
What’s firming your town read on Killjoy?

Hmmm... I guess I’d like to hear Whisper’s thoughts on Rod. I’m not seeing anything blatant that would warrant the way they’ve discussed him. I also tentatively agree with Kami about this not being the same Rod from Ghostbusters. That seems to be about the only thing that’s really gone on, IMO.

vote Lngr gor moving to a German city I don’t guide in

Ha! You have already used that reason! Scum confirmed!

@Vaimes, you need maybe a day to see Venice. Tops. Unless you are one of those horrible, "You realllllly need to spend at least 3 weeks in nowheresville to truly capture the hearty and spirit of the city!" Look pal, I have a job I have to go to. I know Americans have a bad stereotype of hitting the checklist items, but they are checklist items for a reason, dagnabbit.
I’m not much into checklist items. There are other sights I prefer to see.

Truth, some of my best travel experiences were in little mom and pop, off the beaten path type places. Hell, one of the best things I’ve eaten to this day was a sandwich from an Italian gas station.

Like I'm not really trying to bully you into voting right this second.

Just...in general...please use your vote more. It makes it that much easier to tell the difference between frozen scum and indecisive town.

I can understand that, but I don’t know if we’re going to get anymore out of the day and I’m hesitant to put someone at L-1 until we’ve had a chance to look at everything. If the consensus is that we’re ready, I’ll vote.

I don’t expect the scum team to lynch themselves. Of the two viable wagons going right now, I’m of mixed minds.
I guess I would lean towards D_V, I feel like a player with his style would be doing more than arguing in circles. I’d prefer a Vez flip to be honest, but my teambuilding isn’t very strong and if Vez’s scum, I think it’s with D_V.

Consider my vote on D_V, but I want to reserve judgement for now.

    Can I downvote highroller's posts?

I’d like it better if you’d refute them with your own thoughts.

It’s a play style. I responded immaturely and didn’t think it through at the time properly. I view it now as kind of a “scorched earth” policy. Rattle everyone’s tree and see what falls down. I thought he was scum in PlayStation because of it, but I just wanted him to be. I think D_V is at best neutral this game. PlayStation D_V was abrasive and aggressive, but pursued things while doing so. Ghostbusters D_V seems like they’re just discrediting others without having a direction to take the game. Town D_V should be dragging us kicking and screaming somewhere? I don’t know.
I mean, he's certainly trying to drag us kicking and screaming somewhere. I think your description of what you expect his town meta to be matches pretty closely to his play, I just also happen to know the same thing lies well within his wheelhouse as a wolf. But how do you square your proposed meta reading of DV with your apparent light scum read?

That’s not how I see it. There’s no direction. It’s more like just muddying the waters, most notably with the EoD 2. That’s part of my neutral read. ScumD_V or townD_V should be trying to get us to kill someone. This D_V doesn’t seem to care one way or the other.
