Feb 3, 2014maximumbuttitude posted a message on Launch Giveaway!Favorite card ever is Repercussion because it's just such an interesting red effect that we don't see that much anymore (shh nobody saw the satyr rare from BTG). One of my favorite decks I ever built was mono red creatureless burn for the casual field at my college. Had a moment in a multiplayer game where I used that, two Quest for Pure Flame and a Chain Reaction to deal 160 damage to each player for each creature they controlled. Fond memories.Posted in: Announcements

Creature - Demon Wizard (R)
First strike
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may sacrifice another creature. If you do, copy that spell and you may choose new targets for the copy. Otherwise, tap Unhallowed Warlock and it deals damage equal to its power to you.
"All good sorcery deserves tribute."

Vedalken Silverseer 1UU
Creature - Vedalken Wizard (R)
Omen — Whenever a nontoken artifact enters the battlefield, reveal the top card of your library. If it shares a type with that permanent, put a token onto the battlefield that’s a copy of that artifact.
“In our quicksilver chambers, a billion echoes of light coalesce to guide our studies towards creating the perfect mechanical being.”

Spellburst Ooze 1URG
Creature - Ooze Mutant (R)
Haste
Spellburst Ooze enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it.
When Spellburst Ooze becomes the target of a spell or ability, you may remove a +1/+1 counter from it. If you do, put a 1/1 green Ooze Mutant creature token with haste onto the battlefield, then change that target to that token if able.
1/1
Cataclysmic Lahar 1RR
Sorcery (R)
Cataclysmic Lahar deals damage equal to the number of Mountains you control to each creature without flying and each player. Mountains you control don’t untap during your next untap step.
The land screamed in pain, and the people ran. The land cried, and all was silent.
Elven Reclaimer 1G

Etherwrought Gorgon 1UB
Artifact Creature - Gorgon Artificer (M)
Trample
If Etherwrought Gorgon would deal damage to a creature, prevent that damage and put a charge counter on that creature. It loses all abilities and is a noncreature artifact with "T: Add 1 to your mana pool" for as long as there's a charge counter on it.
4/4
Warpclaw Shaman 3RR
Creature - Lizard Shaman (R)
Haste
When Warpclaw Shaman enters the battlefield, each player shuffles a permanent he or she controls into its owner’s library, then reveals the top card of his or her library. If it’s a permanent card, that player puts it onto the battlefield.
3/3
Interesting... he hates on blue the least, since choosing new targets for counterspells isn't the most likely thing. He's actually pretty likely to make red removal turn into bad times! I think he's a bit pushed but reasonable enough to be fair. Red disruption/control is a cool thing.
Hussar Reinforcements W
Instant (U)
Strive — Hussar Reinforcements costs 1W more to cast for each target beyond the first.
For any number of target creatures attacking you, put a 2/2 white Knight creature token with vigilance onto the battlefield blocking that creature.
