If you're really obsessed with double strike you may want to consider Boros- Ordruun Veteran is a good card in a weenie deck and the combo of Boros Charm and Spark Trooper is amazing. Boros Charm could also be used to protect a double-strike guy who has a lot of equipment on him.
I understand the disdain for Thragtusk, but my deck isn't a Thragtusk, restoration angel, Cloudshift type deck where I keep phasing Thragtusk in and out of play. I just have Thraggy as a check against aggro decks, burn decks, and Supreme Verdict. In a lot of games, I kill my opponent before I even have 5 lands in play.
The goal of the deck is to gain board position on turn one, attack on turn 2, and then never lose board position and win by being the aggressor. It can be a really fast deck.
I haven't used this at an official tournament yet, but I will use it this Friday at one. I went 7-0 against my friend's standard decks with it. I like to think of it as the anti-removal deck, as Young Wolf and Thragtusk come back, and every creature is disposable. If a creature dies with Rancor and civic saber attached to it Rancor goes back into my hand and Civic Saber goes back to my board.
Selesnya Charm is amazing in this deck as a 2/2 creature with vigilance is great in a deck that has a lot of ways to pump-up creatures, giving a creature +2/+2 and trample until end of turn is great for Fencing Ace, and the ability to exile a creature with 5 or more power is probably the charm's best ability. It's much preferable over oblivion ring because it cost 1 less mana, they can't get the creature back, and then I can save my Oblivion Ring for planeswalkers, artifacts, enchantments, ect. Oblivion Ring is a great removal card because of it's versatility.

Aren't your own Wraths just going to completely towel this deck? It looks and smells like a mono-white Elf deck... accelerate, accelerate, hope no-one resets, spend the next five turns getting smacked once someone does, lose. In short, I would be expecting to have no more than four or five creatures on the board at any one time, and expecting them to die early and often.
If I have out a Sphere of Safety and my opponenet has a Geist of Saint Traft, does my opponenent have to pay 2x when they attack me with Geist of Saint Traft because they are attacking me with 2 creatures?
Mother of Runes in both Urza's Legacy and Commander is a human cleric. However, Mother of Runes from Urza's Legacy does not state that it is a human:
If I play Mother of Runes from Urza's Legacy, does it count as a human?
Also, the same website that I posted above states that Beloved Chaplain is a human cleric, but the card doesn't indicate that it is a human. Does Beloved Chaplain count as a Human?

If I have Demonlord of Ashmouth in play with no +1/+1 counters on it, can I cast Disciple of Bolas, and sac DOA in order to gain 5 life and draw 5 cards, and then sacrifice Disciple of Bolas when DOA reenters play so I don't have to exile him?
So I posted this deck in developing, and RaggedJoe suggested that I should post it here because it's similar to your deck. This is what I posted in developing:
I've never made a competitive Legacy deck, but I'm thinking that this deck would be fun to play with. Do you guys think that it would be competitive?
The Primer for this deck is very interesting. Have any of you considered trying to make it mono-black and throwing in some Dark Rituals, and maybe making it more of a pox deck?

4 Young Wolf
4 Dryad Militant
4 Judge's Familiar
4 Fencing Ace
4 Loxodon Smiter
4 Thragtusk
Enchantments(8):
4 Rancor
4 Oblivion Ring
4 Civic Saber
Spells(4):
4 Selesnya Charm
Lands(20):
4 Sunpetal Grove
4 Temple Garden
7 Forest
5 Plains
4 Elite Inquisitor
4 Frontline Medic
1 Sigarda, Host of Herons
1 Nevermore
1 Blind Obedience
2 Heroes' Reunion
2 Centaur Healer
The obvious dream hand would involve Fencing Ace and a lot of pump-up, but a dream game without Fencing Ace goes something like this:
Turn one I play one of my twelve 1 drops.
Turn two I play rancor on Young Wolf, Judge's Familiar or Dryad Militant and a civic saber.
Turn three I play Loxodon Smiter
Turn four I play Oblivion Ring on something and attach Civic Saber to Loxodon Smiter
Turn five I play Thragtusk
The goal of the deck is to gain board position on turn one, attack on turn 2, and then never lose board position and win by being the aggressor. It can be a really fast deck.

I don't think that the deck really has any bad matchups, but I do fear that burn will be powerful with Skullcrack, Clan Defiance, Aurelia's Fury, Boros Reckoner, Spark Trooper, and Boros Charm being introduced into Gatecrash. I'm not sure if I like Hero's Reunion or Centaur Healer better against burn.
