I agree. I think they should print a new version of Nicol Bolas Planeswaker that has 4 abilities cause it would show his power but it wouldnt be as strong as Jace the Mind Sculptor so it wouldnt have to break standard. Powering down planeswalkers just makes everyone disappointed.
"Artefact" and "colour" are the correct spellings in English. "Artifact" and "color" are the American English equivalents.
There are no such thing as British cards, they use the same "English language" product throughout the world, as the difference is small enough for it to not really matter.
I called them British cards cause I bought the pack in London years ago. I figured if they were going to have different spelling on English cards it would be ones in Europe so it is undersandable that I thought it was the same in different dialects.
Ok then, it's like being in a fist fight, but not using your hands because your face can honorable beat the other persons face. But your opponent, since they don't handicap themselves for no reason, use there hands and knock your teeth in.
Yes, I know you don't fight, not the point.
Yes, I'm sure your self- handicapped decks dominate your friends kitchen table.
Yes, I know you must be trolling, don't care.
I am not trolling! I do not troll. Just because I have a different deck building stretergy does not mean I am a troll! You are correct that I do not fight and you are correct that my decks can stand on their own. I am trying to explain why casual people like the OP's friends might not run removal. I cant believe that people are so stuck in the tournament player mindset that you accuse someone of trolling just for explaining a personal example of why a casual player might not run removal. Some people play to have fun in their own ways not to dominate the Standard meta!
That would be the American spelling, yes. You're not the only people in the world, I regret to inform you.
I didnt know that either. I thought it was the right spelling cause that's how its spelled on Magic cards. I saw a pack of British cards that had that spelling too once...
Here's where you've entirely failed to get the point. My critique isn't that every set is disappointing, my critique is all the people who say they are - usually for nonsensical reasons or personal bias, as though Magic is intended to cater to each individual player personally and everyone is expected to like every card. That has not, is not, and never will be the case. Partially because it's impossible.
Okay, that makes sense. I am sorry if my critique was annoying. I just tried to be helpful. I do like your song though. If you make music of it I will be sure to buy a copy.
I dont think control is dead because whenever people say control is dead more cards get printted that make it live more. Last time control was dead we ended up with Jace a month later and control was killing everything. I hope these cards mean aggro gets a turn but that is the most I dare hope for.
So... If they hadn't changed that, Emmarra would be a 5/7 rare with that crazy ability? It's good that they fixed that then. A card like that would be super overpowered and would not fit flavorwise.
Where did this idea that it's dishonorable to play with removal come from? Is this a shared concept within the community? I feel like I've heard it all, now - no land destruction, no counterspells, and now no removal. The irony, to me, is that people clamor all the time for the game to be "interactive," and yet the very elements that scream, "I'm interacting with you!" like counterspells and removal are decried.
I dont know. I don't pay attention to what the comunity says. I just know that it seems better for me to have creatures fight in single combat. That is where true honor lies. Others are welcome to have their opinions though. I do not judge.
Those powers would make me so happy!

I am glad you didnt mind my critique at least. I learned a lot from your response.

Because on the card in real life she is a 5/7? Wizards obviously thought it was a good idea so I dont see why people insist that it must be changed...
That is just the anime I was thinking of! You have good taste in anime, sir! I wonder if this reference was intentionnal.
I am not a troll. Just cause you disagree with my opinoins does not mean they arent valid and does not make me a troll!
I was critiquing it because I thought he might appreciate feedback.
Thank you Loomis2459! I am glad you do not think I am a troll and I apprecate that you respect my critiques. I tried really hard after all.
Oh wow, I never thought of it like that! Thanks for explaining your logic!
I didnt know that either. I thought it was the right spelling cause that's how its spelled on Magic cards. I saw a pack of British cards that had that spelling too once...
While I disagree with these exceptions I will respect there differing opinions. I am glad you are a Bolas fan too, GodOfAtheism.
