I really don't see what's stopping them from printing it in a Standard-legal set. Goyf certainly isn't too good for standard at the moment. And Bob, well, we know black is having problems, why not give it a boost.
It's just so silly that they didn't print more MM. I don't get why Wizards would just turn down money like that. No sane person would actually be upset about their cards dropping like 30-50% in value if it meant more players could enter the format. If you want cards that hold all their value, buy cards on the Reserved List. Otherwise, you have zero right to complain. It's an accepted risk of buying cards.

i would probably say as far as jund being absent from the top tables that not as many people play it on paper as it is probably the (if not 1 of) most expensive decks to play in modern
have you seen how much some of the staples are going for, granted its not as much as a 100$ tundra but if you start from scratch it is by no means cheap
My LGS just has a first come first serve thing, although u can pre register and choose what guild you want. I think it just comes down to the amount of guild packs they get
