Apr 19, 2013Canadian Guy of Wrath posted a message on DGM Multiplayer Set Review (166/166)So you think Voice of Resurgence is a powerhouse card in multiplayer? I really don't see it: it so easy to play around. It's a good card for sure but I think the hoopla over it (20 bucks a pop?!) is completely unwarranted.Posted in: Cz Blog

My meta is very laid back though: out of the four of us two are very competitive (one of them netdecks like mad) while the other and myself usually take apart decks that win consistently (I had a game where I discarded all my Luminarch Ascensions because they basically end the game) because we like games to last a long time.
While reading your thoughts on multiplayer definitely convinced me that counterspell and go for the throat aren't all that great in multi, I hope my meta never gets to the point where things like Oblivion Ring (one of my favourite spells ever so I'm biased) suffers the same fate: it just creates such an interesting dynamic in my meta (if you kill me he gets his super stuff back etc...) - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.
Maze's End is the closest we got. It is an epic flavour win of a card though.
Pseudo-rhystic effect in white and it's an Orzhov card. Best spoiler so far AFAIC.
It is impossible to remove from the game.
This card is really dumb.
Hopefully this gets banned in EDH in a hurry.
