For instance, say I have 4 drogskol captains out on the battlefield, none of which are clones. What happens if I play a Clone and copy one of the Drogskol Captains?
You will have 5 Drogskol Captains. And they will all be 6/6 with hexproof.
Also, try to use card tags in the future, esp. in the rules forums.
If they make more lower costed Bestow cards and more Monstrosity cards where its not only a one time effect but can happend again and again if the creature attacks etc etc. im all in for it
Again, not to start a "which-mechanic-is-better" pissing contest, but the Monstrosity you describe is just a "When ~ attacks" ability, it isn't anything new.
Bestow creatures are rather expensive, but each one is essentially two cards in one, when cast for their bestow cost, so I feel the higher cost is justified. And also the option to play a bestow spell as creature early or as an enchantment later with a potential body later still is awesome.
As for monstrous, it is a nice instant speed mana sink. If it didn't cost anything and/or was repeatable it wouldn't be anything new. It would just be a normal ability.
To me heroic just needs too many other cards for it work. Without other spells to target them, the heroes are mostly just vanilla creatures.
I hope there will be because im not a big fan of the machanics of Theros other than Heroic
That's funny, that is the mechanic I like the least. I don't want to derail this thread into which mechanic is better, I just want to see less Heroic and more Bestow/Monstrous
Aren't there always new mechanics in new sets, even if they are small?
Mirrodin Besieged had Battle Cry and Living Weapon. New Phyrexia had Phyrexian mana. Dark Ascension had Undying. Dragon's Maze had Fuse. I don't see any reason to believe that Born of the Gods would not have a new mechanic.
Aside from that I don't think WotC would ever release an expansion set without a new mechanic.
The two arts posted could also have something to do with their set's gameday hero's challenge. Since the first art is associated with the whole "face the hydra" thing. And we know how much WotC likes to push the new weird things that they do.
1v1 sounds like a "fairer" form of EDH, but my playgroup isn't really "unfair" so, for now, I'll stick with multiplayer. Thanks for all the responses though.
This deck started out as most Bosh lists do, I suppose, with wanting to fling high CMC artifacts at player/creatures. But after several playtests (and butt-kickings) I realized that a lower curve would do a lot better. So this is the list that I have reached with Bosh, Iron Golem.
Update 11/30/14: With the new mono-colored pre-con, My ole Bosh deck got some nice new toys. So I figured I'd update this list to show that.

Edit:
Except for Prophecy apparently.
What part of "all creature types" makes it not a demon?
Also, that looks like the obelisk from the Temple of Triumph art in the foreground.
I don't really know the views that Leonin share but this could make an interesting duel deck. Maybe next spring (2015) we will get Ajani vs. Xenagos.
Given the link you provided, Xenagos seems to think that godhood is better than planeswalkerdom.
Yeah. I was about to mention how in the old frame, at least in the card's name, a capital "H" looked like just a larger lowercase one. Like this.
I had Liquimetal Coating in here for a while but it never proved as useful as I had hoped and I ended up having to cut it.
What exactly do you mean by "fast mana"?

Fun packages/Alt. Win Cons.:
Splinter Twin + Battered Golem = Infinitely many hasty dudes.
Splinter Twin + Myr Galvanizer with Palladium Myr = Infinitely many, infinitely big hasty dudes.
Mycosynth Lattice + Hellkite Tyrant = All of your permanents are now mine
Mycosynth Lattice + Darksteel Forge with Nevinyrral's Disk = No one has permanents except me.
Alternatively, and with only two cards required, easier; Mycosynth Lattice plus Vandalblast also equals no one but me having permanents.
Stuffy Doll + Pariah's Shield = All damage dealt to me is dealt to chosen player instead.
This package is made all the better with Fatal Attraction, and Dictate of the Twin Gods
Ugin's Nexus imprinted on a Prototype Portal with nine mana and Bosh, Iron Golem in play = infinite turns.
Turn 1 Bosh: (i.e. "never gonna happen but still cool to know it could.")No longer possible since I cut two of the cards.Ancient Tomb into Mana Vault and Sol Ring, into Gilded Lotus, into Seething Song, into Geosurge, into Bosh, Iron Golem turn 1.
I plan on replacing Geosurge and Seething Song with Mindslaver and Sculpting Steel once I get them.Got them and added them.Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Let me know what changes you would make and why. Thanks.
