Wily Remurmuring feels like it's waiting to be busted open, though I'm not sure how exactly. It makes any burn spell a losing proposition, especially in limited. Going to Lightning Strike your opponent for the last 3 points of damage and having this cast for X=4 or 5 would be the ultimate feel-bad. I think it could probably stand to be XXU or even XXUU just to be safe.

Each creature gets -1/-1 for each other creature its controller controls that shares a creature type with it.

When Keilara, the Purifier enters the battlefield, destroy all artifacts and enchantments. You may draw a card for each enchantment destroyed this way and gain 3 life for each artifact destroyed this way.

Barrier seems like a decently fixed version of absorb. This card in particular isn't too interesting, other than as a proof-of-concept. I feel like a format with barrier would want a greater number of red ping effects. Cards like Goblin Arsonist, Kolaghan Aspirant and Sparkmage Apprentice.

Zegana's ScoutGU Creature - Merfolk Scout
Skulk (This creature can't be blocked by creatures with greater power)
When Zegana’s Scout deals combat damage to a player, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card and put a +1/+1 counter on Zegana’s Scout.

It's called open-dueling and has been going on for a long time. The idea is that if someone doesn't want to participate in the actual pre-release tournament, you set up a side event and sell them an intro pack. Then they can play other players that aren't in the tournament (or even tournament players between rounds) and still get the pre-release experience in a non-competitive environment. Technically, you're not supposed to sell the intro packs unless the person is int he open-dueling event, but there's nothing that stops them from simply joining just to buy the intro pack and drop. Pre-release allocations for future pre-releases are based on the number of players in both the main events and any open-dueling, so it's in the store's best interest to register the people buying the intro packs into the side event.
Vampiric Feast3BR Sorcery
Until end of turn, Vampire creatures you control gain lifelink and “T: This creature deals damage equal to its power to target creature.”

Crystal Palace feels a bit weak. Especially for a Legendary land. The second ability has a few too many riders that make it underwhelming. I think you could remove the Rhystic rider, the colorless mana in the activation, and change the ability so that it can only be activated on your turn.

I feel like this card is trying to do too much at once. It also doesn't feel like it needs to be a 5-color card. The fact that the abilities are symmetrical, but the controller gets all the benefit is also a little strange. "Cares about tapped lands" is interesting design space that's been done in the game before, but not since mana burn went away. Check Tunnel Ingus for a better wording of the first ability.

Scry 2, then exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card.
Ezuri's ability is a trigger; Bramblewood Paragon's ability is a replacement effect; it changes the way the other warrior enters the battlefield. It's not a triggered ability and doesn't use the stack. In this case, the Elvish Warrior will enter as a 3/4 and won't trigger Ezuri's ability.
Supremacy seems pretty busted. The way it's currently worded, it's an 8/8 that gives all your other creatures +2/+2 for 6 generic mana.
I don't know that there's any good way to template the effect that I assume you actually want (giving +1/+1 for each time you've activated its ability). The simplest is to put some kind of counter on it whenever you activate and then have it give creatures +X/+X where X is the number of those counters, but even that becomes a little unwieldy, word-wise.

It's the opposite in my area. Constructed almost never fires, draft almost always does; even impromptu drafts will usually fire. Since I prefer limited, it's not necessarily a problem though.
Painter Queen feels a bit underwhelming because Painter's Servant exists. I realize it's supposed to be a reference to Servant and Reaper King, but she really needs a complimentary design; the current design just feels like a bigger version of Painter's Servant. I think, rather than changing colors, she needs to care about color. Something like "When Painter Queen enters the battlefield, choose a color. 2: Tap target permanent of the chosen color," for example. Makign her synergize with Servant works better for flavor and gameplay.
