The BG more than the UR one IMO because UR doesn't strike me as being the colors you wanna be in when ramping towards our eldrazi titan overlords, but let's see.
Well, since the best color for ramp is green, you can go Temur.
Now, which Tarkir clan had the mechanics that cared about having big creatures... Oh! -

Arn posted a message on Mafia League Scores and DiscussionScores for Chime MafiaPosted in: Mafia
The following are the final scores for Chime Mafia using Rubric 1.2. I apologize for the delays. Most players should have gotten notes by now. I think there are three players that have not received notes yet: EtR, Rhand, and Misting. If you have no received notes and are not one of the three, please PM me as soon as possible and we will work to rectify the situation. If you see an omission in points or have any questions, please send a PM to myself and KittyCupCake to discuss any problems with the current points.
I know it is late, but our goal was to have points completed before the next League game began. Thanks to the excellent player base for their patience (and continued patience) during this time. Here are the scores:

Prophylaxis has received a call to glory. He accepted the call and has joined the League.
Edit:
Cantripmancer drew two off an Explore. He has decided to join the League in penance. Welcome aboard!
Edit:
Kosakosa, abiding to the laws of Mafia and acting by his own will, hereby proclaims his disposition to be added to The League and play its games whenever the opportunity arises. (Tl;dr - Kosakosa joined the League.) -

It's EXTREMELY unfair for town to have an anti-town role with such a heavy posting restriction. Town rely first and foremost on behavioral analysis to sort townies from anti-townies, and when you design an anti-town role with such a heavy PR, you just hand out all it needs to dodge that analysis: all Cyt had to do was hide herself behind her role PR, and voilà: a mod-gifted pass to victory. "Oh are there any discrepancies in what she's saying? Nah let's just disregard it, she's making an enormous effort to communicate, we're prolly not getting it.". It's the obvious conclusion anyone would reach, to see that effort as a proof of township and never question her on it.
The insult to injury is to make it immune to my role to further enhance he behavioral analysis virtual immunity. And if she's indeed bulletproof, then I see no way she would ever lose the game. Her obvtown status would never ever be questioned by scum, and she would sail to the endgame unhindered.
Aside that, great game everybody. I had tons of fun and it was the best comeback to Mafia I'd expect from our community (bar the lurking but oh well nothing is perfect).

As long as it is unplayable, I'd rather have an uninspired mythic than a format staple, insta 4-of in every deck on its color(s). I'm fine with mythic rarity being Timmy, Johnny and casuals' territory (and I'm a Johnny myself).

Imagine a lategame scenario where you cast this after a, say, Ugin -X wipeboard and you just start chaining ally after ally in a single turn. It would be akin to Cascade in the sense of making a player gain unreal card advantage/tempo out of nowhere.
Maybe if they took its haste away, then sure, but I think haste makes more sense for RW. It's nowhere near a bad card if allies.dec is indeed a thing.

For instance, I'm a big fan of Pascal Maynard, but yesterday he won the GP Buenos Aires after his opponent was forced to mull to 5 in the last game of the finals' match because both his 7 AND 6-card hands had no lands/1 land in it. How does that constitute the great game of Magic a Grand Prix final should be or even a great display of skill? It's simply unfair (and I would say unfair to BOTH players), and this rule seeks to help fixing that. If this rule ends up being implemented, players will at least feel like they have a chance when mulling to five, not simply play knowing that they've probably already lost unless their draws are stellar AND the opponent stumbles.
And for those citing the Delver example of how to "easily exploit" this rule, please, PLEASE keep forcing mulligans to 6 on the play to "ensure" your Delver flips on turn 2. It won't take long for people to realize how bad of an idea that is after they lose more games than otherwise because Delver wasn't in their 6-card hand.
