I'm curious if Heroic, a new ability from Theros, triggers if the creature being targeted is anywhere but the battlefield. For instance, if you cast Unburial Rites targeting Anax and Cymede, do all your creatures get +1/+1?

Does anyone know of any shops around Redlands, CA that hold booster drafts on any night besides Friday? I love drafting online and I have wanted to try a paper one for a while, but I would rather not go on Friday nights (religious beliefs). Any info would be appreciated!

Alright guys, one more question: Does anyone know if the Slivers premium decks are worth anything? The Lightning_Bolt bot has a bunch of those for 4 tix each and I'm wondering if I can sort of cash out on those. I see people are trying to sell them for like 3.5 tix in the classifieds but I don't see anyone buying. If they aren't worth much by themselves, would opening them possibly net me some money cards? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the replies everyone. They definitely have had tix before so I'm not sure what's going on... I'm starting to think that maybe they are trying to do the whole 1:1 thing now because they don't have any mythics for sale and the only rares they have are bulk rares. They do have lots of foils though, so maybe I could stock up on those and hope for the best? It's just really disappointing because they don't even have any boosters that are worth anything so I feel like I'm just out $20... I suppose it can't hurt to wait and see if they stock up on tix again though. Here's for hoping!

Have the Lightning_Bolt bots stopped carrying tix or something? For the last week or so they haven't had any and I've got like 20 tix worth of credit with them... It's kind of annoying. I'm sure none of you run the thing, but any info/insight/advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
