Next time you go to FNM just be prepared to stay there for a very very long time. Keep your cool and know that nothing life changing will happen from winning.
Why should I block when my opponent will die before they can do anything? Verified that this is actually feasible out of my 6 tournament entries at the pre-release.
I would like to print a playmat and was wondering if anybody has done this before. Which sites would one recommend to do this and what price should I be looking at.
First pack, take the strongest card you see. Then start to sense what your neighbor is picking and begin merging into a guild color. I'd take decent removals very highly since this set seems to have little quality removal. I would try hard to not go into a 3rd color but if you have to then I'd start looking at green fixers or gates in the mid 2nd pack. I haven't drafted yet so these are just thoughts.
You got a thragtusk, which is basically a mythic. So I think it's fair. Fat packs can have no mythics, and statistically it can happen around once every 3 times.
Small kids who lack maturity should not play magic in a tournament. I don't mean to be offensive but some lack the maturity to accept a loss and think that winning is all that matters.
I really hated how the guild packs weren't as random as I would have liked. In fact I got two of the same crappy rakdos guild pack (with Guild feud and a bunch of crap uncommons) twice in a row.
I know for sure our LGS ran out of some guild packs. People had to choose other ones. I think the store was full on the midnight Friday pre-release so obviously, we can't fit anymore people.
Epic Experiment, Worldspine Wurm
Maybe, most likely no:
Sphinx's Revelation, Utvara Hellkite
Selling drugs. lol. Nothing to brag about there.
