There really isn't as much drama as you would like.
"Hey we are closing the site for X and Y reasons on such and such date."
"That sucks, can we try to save it in any way?"
"No, our minds are made up."
"Well crap. Ok, we are going to build a new site because we love what we were doing and the community that we built."
"Ok cool. Good luck with that."
"Oh hey someone is buying the site and it's remaining open."
"Ok, we are still continuing with what we started."
"Yeah we figured, good luck."
That's because truck drivers are limited to how much they can drive in order to attempt and force them to do crazy things like get sleep and drive only when fully awake and focused. Creative book-keeping can get around this, though the Fed is trying to make it harder to fudge their numbers.

On second thought, I think I'm firmly on the side of cards that have been printed in common only. I was doing a Gatherer search, and there's a lot of uncommon/rare cards that have never been printed in common. This rule would give us access to Exile, though, and a whole host of Legends and Portal generals that are now uncommon (plus Narwhal FTW!).
Absolutely agree that Viral being able to proliferate is awesome, and after pinging each player once, all he needs is to sit back and dump UU6 a turn for a few turns. My point was more that the density of black infect far outclasses blue. I've thought a little about a Pauper infect deck, and I was going to run Esper.
Or man, that card is awesome!
Since it looks like you're really want to control the board, I'd fill them with counterspells. Personally, I hate Cancel, and even Counterspell, because they JUST counter the spell. My first four counterspells I run are Spell Crumple and Hinder for tuck, and Dissipate and Faerie Trickery for exiling spells. You're also going to want Cryptic Command as well. After that it's just personal preference. I also noticed you run Propaganda but not Ghostly Prison.
The Fulminator Mage can become Dwarven Miner.
Spark and Hellspark Elemental are weak in EDH. Since you're punishing people for having land, how about Zo-Zu the Punisher?
Castle is ok, but your creature count is tiny so its not that great. Make it Elesh Norn and you win while your opponents lose.
I'd also cut Prophetic Prism, the Rituals, Unsummon, Elemental Appeal, Reverse Damage and Twisted Image, as these one time use spells don't offer much of an advantage.
Things I'd add: time magic (extra turn spells) to take advantage of when you're ahead with Numot or helping to catch up when you're not. Spells/creatures that have a greater effect. Remember, you don't have one opponent at 20 life, you have 3 at 40 life. You also need a back up plan if Numot can't come out and play (whether he gets too expensive, tucked, or Pithing Needled). The three color appropriate Titans are a good place to start.
Other than that, check the other Numot deck lists and see what you like out of them. And keep a positive table demeanor. Players are going to hate it if you wreck their mana base, but if they're enjoying themselves it won't be as bad (hopefully). Good luck.
What's the deal with those two? Why are they so expensive?
Edit: Mevermind. Google is tech.
The best part about it is that it triggers for every creature that hits your yard, and it doesn't have to stay on the creature. So if someone wraths the board, you bring back a creature for every 4 mana you have.
What colors do you like playing? What is your preferred style of play? Are there any cards which you are excited to build around? Ignoring budgets, do you like any of the decks you saw?
That is pretty cool. Looks like it would take some setup to flood your pool with mana, but the Gen-Wave/Exsanguinate would be worth it.
"For cuts, one card that jumped out to me is Keiga, the Tide Star. I tried hard to like that card, but it was always between meh and bad. i'd put in Myojin of Night's Reach in here but maybe that's too dick for you. LOL."
I'm with you on Rupture Spire. It's nice for extra fixing but slow. I cut the Lair already for that reason, Rupture is probably next. Realistically, I could probably cut it now. Maybe for a Maze of Ith?
