Sorry for delayed crits! In progress.

    done:

To me Shani doesn't really feel like an upgrade to Giant-Slayer, since its selector is not only looking at the opposite thing, but Giant-Slayer's ability actualy disables Shani's, which seems odd if you imagine Shani as a specific, extra cool member of the giant-slayer community. Plus you used shroud.

Leshem is, like, not offensive in terms of flavor, since there's not that much there and it doesn't have a known relationship with any other stuff? But the whole power-2 theme you're pushing here, I don't think it's going to play all that great, and again I think rewarding low-power in reen is an error.

    Cardz5000
Iris has daring templating. I feel like these are almost certainly broken but they're exciting and strange, so good on you. I like the flavor pairing of two slightly different kinds of nerdo wizards.

    doomfish
I don't know, I'm not mad at them but they don't provoke any reaction really. I'd like them a lot more if they weren't so obviously a mirror pair, I think, and if the flavor pairing worked.

    Hemlock
I have a vague flavor based idea about why Vyeran scales on land names but it's pretty obscure and strange! Green evasion is weird even when it's trying to be sneaky and indirect. Yozya is comparatively boring and stodgy.

    Raptorchan
What justifies either of these creatures being legendary?

    void_nothing
Adhil is still too math. Vonri is math too! It's a little puzzling that Vonri has a specific Skullbriar hosing ability.

Tribute to Godot: None of your cards this round can be red.
Probably Chaff: A black card that targets but doesn't destroy or reduce the power and toughness of creatures.
Pretty Tech in Hobo Magic: None of your cards have mana costs.

    Defiled Order
    (B) Sorcery (R)
    Suspend X - XBB. X can't be 0.
Whenever a time counter is removed from Defiled Order, create a 0/1 black Cleric creature token.
Gain control of target creature with converted mana cost X or less, where X is the number of Clerics you control.
Okay, your restrictions are all on point. This card seems, like, decent, but it's not wildly compelling to me. 6/10

    Acrobatic Archaeologist 2R
Creature — Human Advisor Rogue (C)

Deirdre, Peerless Burglar can't be blocked except by creatures that entered the battlefield this turn.

    Detective Suchet 2UU

Exile target attacking creature you control, then return that card to the battlefield tapped and attacking under your control.
Dodging defenses is much easier done when one is simply not there in the first place.
I find this card delightful. The flavor text is a bit clunky, but I have not historically taken off points for that and I'm not starting now.

Double target creature's toughness until end of turn X times, then for each creature you control, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature for each 4 toughness it has, rounded down. (Doubling a creature's toughness multiple times is cumulative; for example, doubling 2 foughness twice will result in 8 toughness. No counters will be put on creatures with less than 4 toughness.)
"We go into the plaguepits armored in tradition and shrewdness and come out alive. Those who do so with mere weapons perish." - Abenta Anhu, sicarius of Bakuwang
There is way too much math on this card. It might be super good but I have to raise 2 to the power of X and multiply it by toughness and then divide it by 4 and do something with two of the values so generated...this is math homework, not a mtg card.

Escalate 1 (Pay this cost for each mode chosen beyond the first.)
    Choose one or more —
    • Create a 1/1 blue Illusion creature token.
    • Change the target of target spell with a single target from a creature you control to another creature you control.
    • Target creature gets -3/+3 until end of turn.
There is something about this card that I'm not a big fan of; maybe it's because it feels like so much work and words and possible modes for a pretty basic effect.

If target creature is the target of five other spells, you win the game.
I do not agree with instant wincons, even ones as hard to set up as this. Also I am not so sure this should be in white.

Exile target creature. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control or to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.

Double the base toughness of target creature. Untap that creature.
    Draw a card.
I guess I'm going to take it on faith that your specific creature card has enough toughness for this to work on it. Seems ok.

Agree with voido's suggestion; why destroy when exile is more secure and has a clear synergy with the other abilities? (It's kind of weird though because it gives green easy access to flying creatures and artifact creatures exclusively)

I feel like the arkbow should look something more like this

    Artifact — Equipment
    Equipped creature gets +2/+0.
If a creature that equipped creature damaged this turn would die, exile it instead.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage, you may have it deal damage equal to its power to target blocking creature.
    equip some cost here

    for the following reasons:

    - It's preferable for weapons to be equipments at this point imo
    - It no longer obviously duplicates a function of Vivien
    - It actually acts the way you'd expect a bow to act instead of being a weird tutor.

What makes, say, Aurelia more of a goodstuff target than any other random choice if you eliminate the CI deckbuild rule? Afaict, no one has explained this in a sensible way. I assume that you want to cast your commander (that's why it's in your special always-available deckslot) so you should be building for commander reliability and commander synergy anyway.

    Elvish Giant-Slayer W/G mana W/G mana
    Creature - Elf Soldier (Common)
Whenever Elvish Giant-Slayer blocks or becomes blocked by a creature with 4 or more power, Elvish Giant-Slayer gets +3/+3 until end of turn.
"The bigger they are, the more blind spots to exploit."
    2/2
Meets the challenge. I think a flavor fail is evident here, as BG Elves and Giants are clear LRW/SHM references, but in fact giant-slaying is closely associated with Kithkin (cf Goldmeadow Dodger, Gaddock Teeg). I have some questions about pie as well, given that green tends to not punish opponents for using large creatures (much the opposite; fight-based removal and a general low concentration of evasion reward green's opponents for having large creatures of their own).
    Quote from Hemlock »
    Artful Ranger 2G
    Creature - Elf Scout (c)
When Artful Ranger enters the battlefield, create a 0/1 colorless Decoy artifact creature token with "This creature must be blocked if able."
    2/3
Meets the challenge if certain circumstances are assumed. I don't know about the decoy being an artifact with a new type. That seems ... unneeded.

    Vedalken Ropemaker 1GU
    Creature - Vedalken Scout (C)
    Vigilance
1GU T: Target creature gets -4/+4 until end of turn.
"Nets, grapnels, trip lines - I've got it all."
    2/2
"Surpass the challenge" is a pretty vague condition, but I don't judge this to pass; my reading was "either kill the baloth or attack and cause it to fail to block." The Ropemaker can survive the baloth when the baloth is attacking and it blocks, but it can't get past it either way.
    Quote from Raptorchan »
    Hagra Survivalists 3B
    Creature - Goblin Scout (C)
Skulk (This creature can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.)
1: Hagra Survivalists gets -1/-0 until end if turn.
"Why do we carry all this loot? To run faster when we drop it, of course!"
    4/2
Meets the challenge. I don't particularly like it. Juggling numbers to turn un skulk is awkward and doesn't seem like it's to your long-term advantage unless you're getting a non-damage benefit out of it. Are there black Goblins on Zendikar? If there are, I'm not aware of them.
    Quote from RaikouRider »
    Akrasan Aegis 1W
    Creature - Human Soldier {C}
Exalted (Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, that creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
Whenever Akrasan Aegis blocks, it gains indestructible until end of turn.
    0/2
By the same metric as above, this doesn't meet the challenge.
    Quote from doomfish »
    Ogre Sneak 5R
    Creature - Ogre Rogue (C)
    Haste
    Skulk
When Ogre Sneak enters the battlefield, you may put a +1/+1 counter on another target creature.
It takes the smarts of an ogre to get the idea to sneak past a dragon. It takes the size of a dragon to miss a sneaking ogre.
    4/4
Meets the challenge. This is another ungainly skulk card.

I'm not GMom but in the past when we do challenges that reference earlier challenges, if you miss a round you just post a card in the new round and say something like, "If I were in round 1 my card would have been this" and use that as your constraint for the second
