Pair with palinchron for infinite mana. Then pair with brigand for infinite destruction. Then pair with archeaomancer to draw your whole deck off the peek/ponder/preordain effects from the yard. Finally actually kill people with blue sun's zenith
I love omnath. I find infinite combos more reliable in omnath. If you don't want infinite combos, I think you need the other 2 crazy green draw spells. greater good hunter's insight
Rancor can help get over the top for lethal general, is hard to get rid of and only costs 1 mana.
If you want to keep all these token generators you should make room for triumph of the hordes

Teysa combo was my first combo deck. I did not read 18 pages of replies. Have you considered su-chi? Pays for itself with sac outlet nim deathmantle combo.
Lets you get infinite 1/1 white flyers instead of just infinite ETB. This is important if you didn't have a blood artist/ gravestorm/ falkenwrath in play.
If you sac to Phyrexian alter or Ashnods altar it is infinite colored, or colorless mana as well. Add blasting station for infinite damage. Add viscera seer for tutor.
Undying is good in this format. Undying with the general choice: busted. Your creature dies once and it gets a counter. You chump block again and you pay two to remove the counter and draw a card. Your creature leaves w/o a counter and comes back with a counter. Unkillable blocker that draws cards.
Counterspells are always good. Especially the ones that Draw a card: excludescatter arcbone to ash The decision to run counter light was a meta decision. Bounce from banishing knack and capsize is strong enough to disrupt guilderbairn combo and aggro threats are pretty weak in this format; multiplayer. If they attack me then they themselves are wide open to an attack. Adding counters to every creature this deck plays also makes every creature formidable. Cards like sprout swarm and acorn harvest can chump all day too. (and undying)
I am running scatter arc and fuel for the cause. I mostly save them for my opponents win condition spells from knowing my local meta. Voltron generals : whispersilk cloak, ect...

I agree that lands can be answers to threats. I would include reap and sow crop rotation as well as arena cavern of souls
I think your easiest cuts are rude awakening, argentum armor, loxodon warhammer, early harvest, bear umbra
I run talrand with deadeye navigator rishadan brigand and palinchron with the only other creatures being trinket mage and archeaomancer.

Do the 4 players play multiplayer? Or heads up and finals?
I think you should cut blood tithe for a stronger effect.
On the generals:
Mistmeadow isnt really supported. Only 4 creatures (man-owar, mistraven, mulldrifter, aethersnipe) in blue worth bouncing and totemguide in white. Could use stonehord dignatary trinket mage or scrivener effect. White could use a cloudchaser kestrel stonehorn dignitary or auramancer effect.
