Hi. I'm not as well-versed in duel-commander with Kaalia as I primarily play on MODO (that is the ruleset this deck is designed with in mind), and here in the states where everyone insists on using the standard multiplayer banlist and all, however capitacom has a list here inn this 1v1 forum for that. It's more like a WBR aggro deck and plays only a few A/D/Ds anyway, but it is what it is.
That said, a few issues I noticed, in order for Tainted Pact to work you need to swap out three basics(one of each) for three snow-basics of the replaced types. That way it consistently finds exactly what you need.
Admonition Angel is a bit suspect and could probably be something else. Likewise for Akroma, Angel of Wrath -- there is a lengthy discussion on both Akromas several pages back, discussing why they are bad. Blinding Angel is a respectable choice here, especially if you have a lot of Ezuri elfball decks to contend with. I am also a fan of Moonveil Dragon here as it speeds up the clock exponentially, however I am penciling in the new Hellkite Tyrant as a tentative change over Moonveil. Abyssal Persecutor is also a place where you can cut.
I am also not a fan of Angel of Serenity here. It is not that it's a bad card, but it's too reactive when we want to be the aggressor. I would make this the cut for Yosei, the Morning Star.
I'm lastly concerned by your complete lack of mass removal, Cataclysm should be in this deck. You have Steelshaper's Gift and Stoneforge Mystic, yet only one equipment. I recommend cutting one of those and add a Sword of Light and Shadow (which is used as a lock instrument with Yosei, the Morning Star and a sac outlet). Equipments aren't a primary concern for Kaalia as our objective is to get her out and safely attacking because that means we win, so equipments are mostly win-more here. The exceptions being Lightning Greaves and, if you want a duplicate haste + protection effect, Swiftfoot Boots.
Lastly, duel-commander doesn't play with sideboards, so you won't be able to use that.
I originally took out Scourge of Kher Ridges, for Scourge of Kher Ridges. The reasoning I had behind this decision was that I liked it's ETB effect, which helped clear the board and sometimes reach for the win. Where Scourge is a bit slower, I'm not sure.
Hellkite Tyrant looks pretty good, I will have to add him when the set is released. As for the Yosei Lock Combo, I think it's pretty slow, you would need too many pieces, I'd rather just kill them, it seems like a fast win. I will add the snow lands for Tainted Pact though, and add Homeward Path. Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace.
This is my take on the French Banlist; I went for more of a disruptive + accel route. Due to the acceleration, it's very common to get a Kaalia out on 3rd turn equipped and attacking with a lightning greaves. sometimes it's better skip out of the Kaalia route and just start throwing out some efficient lower costed Angels, Demons and Dragons.
Please give me your suggestions and comments for my deck, it would be appreciated!
I have been running a different style of enchantress, and I'm shocked that it hasn't been posted on here, or even looked into.
I have been using Energy Field + Rest in Peace + Helm of Obedience as my main win condition and Emrakul as my alternate. It seems to be quite consistant, not to mention that I have won a bunch of games without actually playing an enchantress effect on the table. What are your guys thoughts?
Let's say my opponent has Humility in play, then plays an Opalescence with additional enchantments already in play.
Do all enchantment lose their abilities and become 1/1 creatures?
Clarification would be helpful,
Thanks!

I will take the suggestion about Admonition Angel and add in the Moonveil Dragon. I'm still a bit iffy on the Rakdos the Defiler, I really prefer using Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon over him, he can infect for the win pretty quickly.
