That's actually where I got this idea from aside me brewing humans for months in the Modern format. Do you have any suggestions or opinions whether or not this is a viable contender or not?
This morning I have been working on a Human-Themed Legacy deck that takes advantage of the best creatures in the game, combined with the protection of from counterspells(cavern of souls) and some land denial with Weathered Wayfarer and Knight of the Reliquary for silver bullet lands and Wasteland. There is quite a few tricks you can do with Weathered Wayfarer and Knight of the Reliquary, such responding to your own cracked fetches/wastes and search for more wastelands.
I also included the Stoneforge Mystic package to help with consistency and for the pure power.
Please respond with some ideas and critique on how I can improve my to achieve some promise in the Legacy Format.
Phyrexian Unlife might be useful to keep you from dying from plunge/spoil, and this also keeps you from dying from attacks for a time, it can fill the duty of both Avatar of Hope and Angel's Grace.
At that point, meaning 3rd turn, do you think it's a little too slow? I mean, how many would you be playing? And if you are not playing 4, what are the chances you'll draw it exactly by 3rd turn?
What are your guys thoughts on Dark Confidant in here?
I have been testing and I feel the deck doesn't have enough library manipulation and selection, although Bob costs 2, he also helps with your life loss early on. Perhaps he will be too much of a liability when things start to get going?
Did anyone else notice the lack of fetchlands? Now, the deck's demands for mana are pretty on part with eachother needing 19 black mana and 18 white mana in the MB. Now, would it be a bad idea to add in 2 more white and 2 more black fetches?
Interesting, but it seems a little slow? What's up with the multiple leyline of sanctity mb? Is this meant to combat targeted discard and burn, or am I missing something?
Hello all, I was checking in into mtgtop8 and I stumbled upon this odd combo deck. After looking at all the cards, I'm still not sure exactly this deck functions/wins. Any Ideas?
I'm going to test out your current list, it looks promising, however I'm a little skeptical about the Time of Need and the 1 of Legendaries, but I shall have to test it out and see how it fairs.
Now, my question is, why did you go this route instead of the Loxodon/Kitchenfinks/Qasali/Wilt-Leaf Leige Route? Is it because Jund has become calmer in the last month or so? Or is it because this version has tested better over all? How are your Jund match ups at the moment?
Here is Kibler's list from Worlds. Looks like they forgot 4x Loxodon Smiter, as it's not on the list (I saw it played) and there are only 56 cards main deck.
4 Scavenging ooze seem almost excessive, does it not? What are your thoughts on the quantity of this card in this deck? I was thinking that 2-3 was the optimal number, but I could be wrong.
@Horseshoe How have the Time of Needs been working for you? I honestly don't like them in here, as I would rather just use more bears/beats. I feel that they create issues with Leonin Arbitor, but I could be wrong. How's your experience with them thus far?
EDIT: Also, what are your guys thoughts on Batterskull?
Don't know much about the deck, but it's safe to say, yes. All tribal decks need 3-4 of them asap!

EDIT: I'm also shocked that in his list that he skipped out on kitchen finks, Qasali Pridemage, and gaddock teeg
