Just wondering what you guys are speculating on this card. I wanted to pick up a playset but I'm not sure whether is will increase or decrease in the next while. Please advise!
Seconding it, a seperate section in the primer for TitanShift would be great. It plays very differently and having played both, I see myself bouncing between the 2 versions as the meta changes. It'll be interesting to have both Titan and Cryptic players together so we can discuss which version is better for the meta so no splitting of threads for sure if the mods think that might be a good idea.
What has happened to this deck, or better yet the representation of Burn in the current meta? Is this deck just not good anymore? Does it get outclassed? Or is it just too boring for most magic players?
How good are you finding Champion? I can't help but think that cutting the champions and maybe a lavamancer for some more disruption (MD thoughtseizes, Lightning Helix, maybe a planeswalker (liliana, elspeth, ajani, I dunno) ) would be more consistant. He's a little bit of an odd man out in your current list.
I think I'm a fan of the Champion overall, except in one game my opponent kept blinking my champion with fiend hunter, which made him really terrible. He has pulled his weight time and time again, especially with gather the townsfolk. However, I COULD try a list without him, which would degrade the human subtheme to a pointless effort resulting in the removal of gather the townsfolk as well. In addition, I would cut the Caverns as well.
If I did indeed remove him, this deck would then become a Dega Tokens deck. This leads me to go down the root of:
I originally tried to port over the concept of standard version of the deck but I often felt that it was too slow and easily disruptable. I have been brewing humans for a while now, and although the deck has drifted from it's original concept, I have been quite happy at where it's at right now. It's really a Human deck with a Token Subtheme
Here's what I'm testing so far:
Townsfolk
Humans (15)
4x Champion of the Parish
3x Grim Lavamancer
4x Dark Confidant
4x Young Pyromancer
Non-Creature Spells (23)
4x Lightning Bolt
4x Inquisition of Kozelik
4x Gather the Townsfolk
4x Path to Exile
4x Lingering Souls
2x Zealous Persecution
1x Boros Charm
Sideboard (15)
2x Boros Charm
2x Thoughtseize
2x Stony Silence
2x Sowing Salts
4x Leyline of Sanctity
2x Tempest of Light
1x Sword of War and Peace
The deck usually handles it's own against combo quite well with all the creature (8) and hand (6) removal. I originally had Xathrid Necromancer in here, but I felt I couldn't take as much as an advantage as I could with his ability. I decided that I prefer the Reactive approach to mass removal with the protection of the 3 boros charms (1md 2sb).
Young Pyromancer and Dark Confidant need to be answered or your opponents will lose, simple as that. YP generates so much CA with cards like Lingering Souls and Gather the townsfolk.
Has been tried before and hasn't worked. You might want to ask the guys over at the bant discussion though as that deck is more midrange than control.
Point is, you will be making a worse BUG deck because you miss out on deathrte shaman, abrupt decay and liliana.
Fair enough, although I was thinking of adding white to BUG for StP and Stoneforge, but maybe that's stretching it a little bit?
I didn't realize that this card has nearly doubled since the release of Dragon's Maze. Do you guys think it will remain as a $50.00 card or do you see it going down anytime soon?
I'm looking to build some sort of stompy deck and all of them require 3-4 of them.
I think the solution for bogle is simply casting back to nature. This card is sooo very rude to poor bogle. Combat tricks with this can be devastating.
I currently play in a meta with 4/12 decks being Bogle. What do you guys fear? Thank you for letting me know how to cripple fellow Bogle players in advance.

3x Snapcaster Mage
3x Lightning Helix
4x Tribal Flames
4x Bump in the Night
4x Lava Spike
4x Lightning Bolt
4x Boros Charm
2x Path to Exile
20x Lands (10-12 Fetchlands)
Sideboard:
3x Skullcrack
2x Ancient Grudge
2x Wear // Tear
3x Pyroclasm
3x Boom // Bust
1x Back to Nature
1x Rakdos Charm
Thoughts?

Not sure really, might need some help. But I'll have to test to see if this would be better than the human-theme.

What are your guy's thoughts?
This deck's nightmare:
Back to Nature and Tempest of Light
I noticed some builds are running Prismatic Omen and some are not. Is this a card that is essential, or is it just a backup to scapeshift?
Flamespeaker Adept 2R
Creature — Human Shaman Uncommon
Whenever you scry, Flamespeaker Adept gets +2/+0 and gains first strike until end of turn.
2/3
Now, my question is that let's say you "scry 2" does this mean his ability triggers twice on the stack making him a 6/3 or just a 4/3.
Thanks!
