Sweet. Someone tried to tell me I could use promos from any set and they'd be legal... obviously he was misinformed.

If I wanted to build a Standard Deck, could I use promo cards? And if so do they follow the same rules as other cards as far as making sure they are in a legal set and any restrictions.
