Leonin Abunas and Leonin Shikari are two creatures who fit the cat theme and are very useful in a list like yours. I have a Kemba tribal equipment edh and have gotten a lot of mileage out of them.
Another possibility (since mono-white struggles for card draw) would be Pristine Talisman combined with Well of Lost Dreams......essentially equals draw a card and gain a life each turn.
I share your love of Pristine Talisman, and thought I would suggest a card has been doing amazing things for me with it............Well of Lost Dreams....you basically end up with Tap to gain a life and draw a card (with the colorless floated from talisman). So far I have worked it into 2 different decks where the mana from talisman is much less important than the life gain and it has been pretty bonkers.
BTW, still looking for time to get my list updated (started working at my LGS part time a few days a week after my regular job).
The Bloodlord can be good with Noxious Field or if you wait to cast new vamps during 2nd main phase.
Thought I'd toss out some ideas from Gatecrash that I've been testing as well:
-Illusionist's Bracers has been great with the many vamps with activated abilities (Drama, Imposter, etc).
-Grave Betrayal seems like it would be nuts with all of your sac outlets
-Crypt Ghast though not a vampire, gives Drama even more mana to play with and extort isn't a bad bonus as well.
Also considering Kiku, Night's Flower as an addition to a possible "Bracers toolbox."
Anyway, glad to see tribal vamps back on the front page (you have motivated me to update my list asap).
Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't even know that card existed. I'll add it to the "short list".
I think I have enough Aura's for now and I don't think this is superior than anything I'm already running. Do you see another card in the deck you would replace this with?
Glad to help...I'm testing my own Rafiq deck, so it's nice to trade ideas since neither of us could possibly test every card that might work. I've already slotted Mantle in and will be testing with it some this weekend.
I feel like this would be better that Vow of Wildness. Sure, the buff is slightly bigger and it gives trample, but pro-creature guarantees all damage gets through whereas trample can still be chumped negating the slight difference in buff.
Unquestioned Authority - Cool card that replaces itself, but provides no P/T bonuses to my creatures which doesn't allow for Rafiq p/t magnification abuse.
You might want to consider Holy Mantle to replace this. It doesn't cantrip, but it does provide a p/t buff and makes Rafiq unblockable.
I'm working on a budget version for Rafiq of the Many, and was curious as to what people thought of using Trepanation Blade. Admittedly it won't always provide a huge boost, but could end up being very explosive. As I said, I'm just toying with ideas for cheap equips and wanted a bit of feedback......... Thanks.
Didn't find anything by way of searching the thread, but wanted to see if anyone had tested Night Soil as a bit of graveyard hate/draw. It gets
rid of things in opposition yards that are worhtless to copy with The Mimeoplasm and for an additional 1 mana, we can draw 2 cards with Skullclamp.
I've seen a few posts asking about GY hate, and thought this might be a viable source. thoughts........?
Biggest suggestion I can make at first glance is that if you are going to run Hermit Druid, you need to cut back on the basic lands to make it be effective. Even if you just use things like Terramorphic Expanse or Evolving Wilds or the Panoramas to ensure you can hit your colors.
I run Hermit Druid in my Mimeoplasm deck, and although it's been a while since I actually counted the lands, I don't recall having more than 10 basics in the entire deck.
Conspiracy would allow you to tutor up any of your "non-sliver" creatures with the Overlord. You might also want to
include Sun Titan and Eternal Witness as a nice little recursion package.
Not sure if this will fall under the category of not enough creatures in the deck to make it worth running, but Genesis Chamber could provide some nice fuel for Arcum Dagsson and Kuldotha Forgemaster.

Might want to consider Cryptic Gateway, it works like a champ in my Sliver EDH.

Also, after just a quick look at The Gatherer, here are a few more cards you might want to consider:
Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder for token production
Soldevi Adnate for mana production
Blood Vassal for mana production

Mana Echoes + Sliver Queen also gives you infintie creatures and mana.
and finally, Amoeboid Changeling gives some redundancy for Imagecrafter and Shields of Velis Vel allows some nutty creature stealing if you have enough mana available.
Just took a peek on e-bay and they appear to be running $6 and up plus shipping (not bad since the normally high priced StarCity has them at $10).
Also, Cyclonic Rift from RtR seems like it could be a very strong and versatile answer card especially when combo'd with Mycosynth Lattice and March of the Machines. Of course this trick might be even more evil than a Mindslaver lock.
