    As long as Nieth, Weaver of Destiny has any fate counters on it, it can't use activated abilities.
    At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a fate counter from Nieth.
    RW: Tap target creature. That creature doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step. Put a fate counter on Nieth.
    1RW: Nieth deals 1 damage to each creature target opponent controls. Tap those creatures. Put two fate counters on Nieth.
    2RW: Nieth deals 4 damage to each creature and each planeswalker your opponents control. Put three fate counters on Nieth.

    When Warrior's Valediction enters the battlefield, put three 1/1 white Citizen creature tokens with defender and vanishing 3 onto the battlefield.
    Whenever a time counter is removed from a Citizen you control for the first time each turn, put a +1/+1 counter on each Warrior creature you control. Those creatures gain vigilance until end of turn.

    Choose target creature you control and target creature you don't control. Regenerate the creature with the highest power. If they are tied for the highest power, regenerate both of them. Destroy those creatures. Put a humility counter on each creature regenerated this way. Those creatures don't untap during their controller's untap steps for as long as they have humility counters on them.

    Next -- Ral Zarek standing in a hallway, making rude gestures at the horde of Boros soldiers bearing down on him, obviously not worried.

    When Langrelai, Repulsor of All enters the battlefield, the next time target player casts his or her Commander, it costs 2 more to cast. (This applies even if the player casts his or her Commander from somewhere other than the command zone.)

From the luximancer's hand, a searing white light is shining directly into the eyes of the enemy, who is screaming in agony. Blood is dripping from the corners of the enemy's eyes.
