So coming back to this deck after some time...looking for something funny to play soon.
Question: What has the general discussion about Jace, Vryn's Prodigy been? I imagine that decks playing Minamo would want him because you can activate him twice in one turn, making him possibly flip. Flashing back spells is super sweet too, but you can't flashback Walk the Aeons and buy it back though...which is pretty sad.
The added discard could make a single of copy of Temporal Trespass a nice little card to add in, which after reading the primer I understand is a hotly debated card.
In the interim, the Jace+Minamo combo could be something interesting.
Thabks for all of your support guys. The last day has been horrible...
I found out right before job number two. Went in and saw my supervisor and just lost it. Thankfully she understood and my co workers were there too. I stayed composed for about 6 hours, then lost it again for my entire commute home. My other dog has been looking for him all night, but I think she's starting to understand. My parents are devastated, my fiancé is devastated and my sister is too. It's so incredible that such a little thing, something that doesn't even talk or completely understands you, would have had such an impression on our lives.
As the great Taoist Winnie the Pooh says "How happy am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard."
Last night was filled with alcohol. Picked up a strong one from my friend's place: Dragon's Milk. Brewers in bourbon barrels, high APV, and deep vanilla notes. Two of those and a nip of Patron and I was gone.
Card is very good. People are really underrating it because of lack of trample, but this card is basically the worst for combat. Playing it along side managorger and hangerback with Hardened scales seems perfect.
My fellow beer advocates, devastating news on my end.
Today one of my dogs went in for dental surgery to remove some bad teeth. During the surgery he went into cardiac arrest. After multiple attempts, he wasn't responding. He slowly died.
I am in total shock and awe by all of this. He was 4.
My favorite beer story was from last summer. Was up at my fiance's place in Canada and one of her cousins brought this cooler of beer. She told this cousin that I was into craft beers and he goes through his cooler and grabs this bottle and hands it to me. "I got this American microbrew--I've never had it before have you?" It's shocktop.
What's everyone's take on the Japanese Beer market?
My fiance and I went out to a hibachi place the other night for dinner and I had a Sapporo on draft. It was nice, very light tasting and didn't have a very upfront alcoholic taste to it. Another time at a different hibachi place I had Kirin Ichiban...also very good.
Enjoying straight trash this Labor day---Corona Lights, NYF Root Beer and Yeungling Light while doing some yard work.
It's almost three o'clock here and I'm already trashed.
Jesus Christ I'm a little sick and tired of this nonsense.
Drana is nice. The commons are good, and Complete Disregard is great.

Also, Processor is a new creature type? Nice.

This one is for him.
Cheers.
