    I posting this idea on MTGCommander.net's forums about a drinking game for those of Legal age, its been stagnant for a few days so i wanted every ones opinions. Here are the rules so far:


    Elder Dragon Hammered:
    Requirements:
    1) No one under the legal drinking age allowed to play.
    2) Minimum of 4 players.
    3) Everyone playing must bring at least a 12-pack of beer.
    i.If you bring extra 12 pack, you give 4 free shots for each extra 12-pack.
    ii. The host gives 6 free shots.
    4) All players stay the night at the hosts place. NO EXEPTIONS!!

    a shot = one ounce of beer (because apparently this is O.P. if liquor is used)

    Rules:
    1) There must be a referee that pours shots, deals shots, and stays SOBER.
    i. diabetes or others that can't drink are automatically the Head Referee.
    ii. There can be up to two referees under the head referee.
    iii. At the start of the game all wallets and keys are confiscated by the referees and will not be returned until the following morning.

    iv. Players wallets and keys are to be put into a lock box and in the possession of the head referee until 9am the following morning. The key to this lock box is to be in a separate referee’s possession.
    v. the Referee's are in charge of pouring shots, therefore they must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
    2) Your deck cannot be worth more than $200.00 (Louis’ Law)
    i.Land base cannot be worth more than $50.00.
    ii. Card Sleeves Required.NO EXEPTIONS!(pro fit preferred)
    iii. NO SINGLE CARD MAY BE WORTH MORE THAN $19.98
    3) If you lose, take 1 shot or either liquor or a whole bottle of beer.
    4) If you gain life, you give shot equal to ¼ the amount of life you gained rounded down.
    5) If you lose life, take shots equal to ¼ the amount of life lost rounded down.
    6) Every time you kill a General, that general’s player takes a shot and you give a shot. (William’s Law)
    7) Take General Damage, take a shot.
    i. Lose by general Damage take 3 Extra shots.
    8) Search your library take a shot.
    9) Extra turn equals extra shot.
    10) Draw a card more than draw for turn, take a shot
    11) If you scoop/concede take 10 extra Drinks (Skipper’s Law).
    12) if you or a permanent you control loses a counter take a shot,if you of a permanent you control gains a counter give a drink.
    i. gain tokens; give shots equal to ½ the amount of tokens gained at end of turn.
    ii. Lose tokens; take shots equal to ½ the amount of tokens lost at end of turn.
    13) If you tap a land for more than 2 mana, take a shot for every 2 mana EXTRA produced minimum of 1 shot.
    14) If you go infinite in anyway , Time Stop,take a 6-pack and you skip your next turn. (Canaan’s Law)
    15) If a spell you control is countered, take a shot. If you counter a spell and the counter resolves, give a Drink, else take a shot.
    16) Every 10 minutes take a shot.
    i. Also take a shot for every type of token you have.
    17) NO restroom breaks until the end of the game.
    i. Whoever wins goes first.
    ii. The other players 1d20 each, high role goes second, repeat to last players.
    18) Whoever wins give 15 shots.
    19) NO ANTE OR BETTING OF ANY KIND!! (so no bad desisions occur)
