Artscrafters was better worded than mine but we both said the same thing. Also, Fiend hunter second ability does trigger when he returns to the hand, returning a not-yet-exiled frost Titan.
It would work in this case since flicker targets two creatures and blinks them both. You can stack the three triggers however you want on the stack, so he can have his fiend hunters first ability go first, then the emancipation angel.
You flicker the hunter and angel and they come into play at the same time. You put the first ability on the stack targeting frost titan. Then you put emancipation angels trigger on top, the Angels ability resolves causing fiend hunter to leave play and triggering his second ability to go on the stack. That resolves and fiend hunter goes to his hand. Then the first trigger of fiend hunter resolves, exiling the frost Titan.
I always liked the talismans talisman of impulse [card]talisman of progresss[/crd] etc. 2 for 1 back immediately and you can eat damage for colored mana.
I always felt just using walls/really high toughness creatures makes the deck too reliant on having Doran out. I tried to find creatures that are just as good with him out as with him waiting in the command zone.
Haha, that sounds hilarious. Temporal seemed off theme, but extra turns are really good in control so i had kept it in, but since it was the final cut, whatever.
I'm thinking I could actually run back to basics if I can up the regular land count, or maybe I already have enough for it. Maybe drop Minamo since my legendary creatures dont have tap effects anyways?
I used to have an elf deck I played casually. All I did was abuse draw and ramp to dump most of my deck. It wasn't EDH but most of the interactions probably still hold true. Quirion Ranger + pretty much any mana elf that taps for more than 1 mana = profit. Even better if you missed a land drop Priest of Titania because its fun dumping your hand Skullclamp Because all those 1/1s are just DYING to draw you 2 cards Caller of the Claw Because Wrath of god sucks Living Death could be funny post board wipe Primal Surge seems like it would be hilarious in your deck, since you only have 10 non-permanents Genesis Wave because you need something to do with that 50 mana Craterhoof Behemoth Also seems like he'd be good with the whole elf swarm/pump idea Mana Reflection or Caged sun would be good too
I've always wanted to make a control deck, so this is my attempt at it. The idea was to steal/copy my opponents creatures and win with them for the primary wincon. There is a small wizard / bounce abuse subtheme as well.
EDIT: Thanks for the help in cutting 6 cards. Now I just need to make sure all my spells are optimal, so if you have any suggestions on replacements they'd be more than welcome!

Grim Feast is a fun card I put into my Doran deck recently. Nothing like sweeping the board and gaining 30 life on top of it. Karmic Guide and Wurmcoil Engine both really pull their weight in my deck as well.
You dont like Silent Specter? Nezumi Shortfang is a card I used to run in my discard deck. cheap to play and doesn't rely on connecting with an opponent for the discard. Syphon Mind also hits everyone while giving you solid card advantage.

Gather Specimens was replaced by sower of Temptation. Does roughly the same thing, costs less mana and can be blinked for shenanigans.
Avacyn, Ertai, Chancellor of the Spires, Arcanis, Azorius Chancery, and overwhelming intellect (suggested by another fried) are all out.

Shizo, Death's Storehouse gives an extra edge to Doran and taps for black mana. Shield of the Oversoul is also great on Doran. Homeward Path can be better than sacrificing Doran off to prevent someone from stealing him.
