Legendary Creature - Human Mutant Warrior
Whenever Bishop would recieve noncombat damage, prevent that damage and put that many charge counters on Bishop.
Whenever Bishop deals combat damage, you may remove X charge counters from him to increase that damage by X.
If Bishop has ten or more charge counters on him, he deals 10 damage to each creature and player.
"If you plan on leaving, don't plan on doing it alive."

Whenever Jamie Madrox recieves combat damage, put a token into play that is a copy of this card.
If there is exactly one nontoken permanent named Jamie Madrox on the battlefield, the "legend rule" doesn't apply to him.
"Maybe in the end, what makes heroes into heroes...is that we're just too stupid to quit and as result, even in the face of total defeat...we occasionally luck into a win."
