All right I guess I decided to begin my all land set. There will of course be tokens but dealing damage mostly relies on manlands and land creatures.
I've decided to return landfall. Which if you don't already know is a triggered ability that happens every time a land enters the battlefield under your control. Overabundance will have ways to cheat extra lands into play. Like this one:
The Vast Expanse
Legendary Land (R)
Players may play an additional land each turn.
The other returning ability is level up. It is meant to represent lands awakening and turning into creatures.
Rising Caldera
Land (U) t: Add 1 to your mana pool.
Level up R(R: Put a level counter on this. Level up only as a sorcery.)
Level 1-4: ~ is a Mountain. (It has "t: Add R to your mana pool.")
Level 5+: ~ is a 4/1 elemental creature. It's still a land.
Freindly, productive comments are welcome.

Awesome! I will try to include ways to cheat extra lands into play. I also just added a few nitpicks to the second one.
Who would be intrested in a set where every single card is a land. There would be manlands and land creatures (Dryad Arbor perchance?) so that you could get damage through.
Creature - Squid Rogue (R)
~ can't block and is unblockable.
Whenever ~ deals damage to a player, draw a card.
