As this is my only chance of actually having a shot at the summer pro tour, I tried exceptionally hard to craft the perfect card given the constraints. Sorry if I appeared over-eager by posting some info about the judging in the thread before all the judgings were done.
Even in times of war, people continue to live and love...
Alluring Dancer1U
Creature - Feyrin Shaman (U)
Flying U,T: Uncover 3. If two or more blue cards are revealed this way, draw a card. (To uncover 3, reveal the top three cards of your library, then put them on the bottom of that library in any order.) "Every soldier yearns for their lover. Give them the warmth of flesh far from home, and even the worst misers will open their wallets."

...but in wartime, moments of happiness can be more fleeting than ever.
Sanctum Protector2WW
Creature - Feyrin Crusader (U)
Flying, first strike, rapidfire 2 (During each combat damage step, if this creature would deal combat damage, you may have it deal its combat damage two times instead.)
Whenever Sanctum Protector deals combat damage, prevent the next 2 damage that would be dealt to target creature or player this turn. "I was forced to watch the Legion ravage my closest friends and family. No longer will I stand by the sidelines - no more shall I stand helpless as my companions are taken from me."

So... I've been thinking about the challenge. How does:
Wizard (U)
UU, T: Feyrin cards gain Ambush UU until end of turn. (If a source would cause you to reveal a Feyrin card, you may cast it for UU instead of paying its mana cost.)
and
Soldier (C)
Whenever ~ attacks, uncover 4. (Reveal the top four cards of your library, then put them at the bottom of your library in any order.) ~ gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each Feyrin card revealed this way.
I noticed that all creatures with Changeling are the jelly-like creatures introduced in Lorwyn. And that did not make any sense at all flavorfully. Given the precedence of Mistform Ultimus, I thought I could go with the original wording instead of the ability keyword and the reminder text.
Re- all colors:
It was more than just matching the ability within the color pie. I really envisioned this card to be able to take advantage of and be affected by all creature type manipulation, card name manipulation, and color manipulation. It was a vision of a truly "prismatic" card.
Thank you for your judging.
(PS - one of the challenge conditions was not having any mana symbols anywhere on the card - which includes the symbol 0.)
True. The details of that... war can be worked out by their respective creators. I'd like to think there was a valid reason behind it.
Some additional points may be:
1. The summit is being held high up in the cloudwalker city with top diplomats from each race.
2. Current opinions can be characterized as - Vaelshii/Platyn - Aggressive, Cloudwalkers/Esferi - Defensive, Feyrin/Annaki - Neutral.
I think that about summarizes it. I think Platyns also hold a close relationship with the Vaelshii.
There's never really a purely "good" force in the world - I feel that we have a good mix of intrigue and "goodness." Besides, I wouldn't necessarily characterize a return to Xanten dominance as villainy, as they aren't an enslaving species from what I can gather.
If we end up going with the unite against the big threat, we need to be weary that there can only really be one of those in the game. If another group is heading in that direction it won't work for us to be doing so as well.
Which seemed to be the general sentiment, but I guess it's not too big a problem if multiple groups take a similar approach.
For what it's worth, from discussions in Team 1:
Cloudwalkers live in a flying city called Marenhelm. The Esferi also live in a yet-to-be-named floating island. Feyrin live in a nearby range of coastline cliff/mesas called Silverpeak Bastion. Inland to the coastlines contains the yet-to-be-named lakes of Platyn, and close to the lakes are the networked ruins of Turin, where Vaelshii reside.
